Friendly and helpful employees mean good management and this stores has both! Always a pleasure shopping in this store. Also, the employees seem happy to greet my fur baby with lots of attention and rub downs. Thank you for being a pet friendly store and for the great customer service I receive when visiting.

The Hixson TN store was stocked with tons of games and toys like never before!!! I got these and more. My grandkids are going to have fun this Christmas 🎄! Clean store with very nice helpful staff!

Out of all the TJ Maxx stores I've gone to, and I've gone to alot, this was the cleanest and most organized. Shelves were very well stocked and neatly placed.
The bathroom was the only thing I'd mark down for, the doors leading into to restrooms could be cleaned up, andaybe some air freshener in the bathrooms. But overall definitely the nicest tjmaxx!

Had exactly what I needed: my hotel has swimming pool and we did not pack accordingly. Safe area and in many ways better than Walmart for what we needed.

This is the cleanest, most well-organized discount store I have ever been in. And it was mid-day on a Saturday. I'm not sure if they just recently had a corporate visit or if this how they do business as usual, but it looked amazing in there in EVERY department.

The tj maxx at Northgate is ok accept I had a few items that I needed to return n the supervisor said it was against store policy but I googled it right in front of her n showed her that it said that do accept those kinds of returns and she said that she didn't want her numbers to be poor for her store so I had to keep very expensive unwanted items because she was worried about the numbers at her store. I told her I didn't understand her decision that it's not like it came out of her paycheck and she more or less told me it was time for me to leave so I did so. I probably won't be shopping there anymore just for the fact that I may get stuck w something that doesn't fit. TJ Maxx at Northgate in hixson and the supervisor really disappointed me.

One of my top 3 places to shop. I bought a backpack that everyone I asked how much did it cost they said about at 30$ but it actually was for 6$. Very nice brands and ofc awesome prices great quality items and staff is helpful as well. I definitely recommend to shop here.

If you have teenage girls..this is the place for beauty, clothing, and hair accessories. I'm so excited to finally know Christmas shopping is complete. Makeup was a good price and face masks added another small item. Thanks TJMAXX.

I love going in and finding different deals each time. Out of all the bargain stores, this one is my favorite. I always look for shoes, beauty products, and clothes. They change inventory all the time and have amazing deals.
