The rating really depends on the time of day you come in. There is a lady during the day named Vicky that's rude and off putting. If not for my door dashing I would take my business up the road one block...but at night there is a lady named Lauryn...this lady always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond as far as customer service! My son is Autistic and she is very attentive to our specific needs. She was out for the snow and I was worried they had lost their best employee. I hope they know what they have!

Not a bad little spot at all.. I'd say it's blowing the old "on the run" out of the water, if I do say so myself. Better gas prices and better deals offered..

This is the only store I go to for things I need, gas, cigs, etc....everyone their is really nice and helpful. Store always clean and well stocked, lots of parking and well maintained.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. It’s also located between some of the parks I frequent with my dog Daisy so that’s a bonus!!

Cashiers at Hixon Pike store are always so friendly and helpful.!

Purchase Google gift card, and it wasn't useful at the time. They where helpful Google was not.

Lthe cashier made it seem like a problem that we just wanted to get a bunch of drinks since they were on sale.

My bf and I go to this gas station almost everyday. We usually want some hot coffee and hot prepared food, however, the past few times we've been in, they've had neither. A couple of weeks ago they had signs place in the hot food case saying "food made up on request" which is cool but.. who's going to stand around and wait for them to cook it? The whole idea of a gas station is for convenience. This location would make so much more money if they had their advertised food and drinks ready to sell.

Air pump either doesn't have a hose which they will not put a sign up about, or ends up taking $1 per tire when it actually works. It's the Russian roulette of air pumps...

Worst 711 ever!

Went in to get a hot dog and they had no condiments at all because their machine is broken.... and the guy said they are not doing that anymore. They never have things ready for you to grab and go.
