All of the ladies at the store are always so friendly and helpful! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a poor experience. Always positive. They go out of their way to help with Amazon returns as well. They are very appreciated.

We've had a box here for over a year now. In addition we've used their packing and shipping services numerous times. I have never had a negative experience at this location. The staff are always friendly and polite. Occasionally there can be a wait during rush hour when lots of people need to ship things after work but they can move things along pretty quickly. They have after hours access to the mailboxes which is a huge plus. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

So easy to ship and if you need, they can pack it. The Hixon Pike store in Hixon TN is the best store I've been in, they are friendly and efficient

I drove several miles and found this UPS Store at 5928 Hixson Pike after the most unbelievably terrible experience I had at the UPS on Hwy 153.

I explained what I needed and relayed my experience with the other UPS store on 153.

Immediately, with smiles, the team told me that they would take care of me. They went above and beyond to remedy a problem which had NOT occurred in their store. They wanted a happy and satisfied customer and my packages in TX in a timely manner.

Brittany and her team went above and beyond to assist me. This is now my go to store AND the packages arrived to the recipient without incident. Thanks again, Brittany!!! Def worth the drive just to get it done correctly!!!!

The staff at UPS store #3342 is amazing!

Brittany and her crew really know how to work efficiently!! I walked in this afternoon and was overwhelmed with the amount of people in line, but those guys work so well that the line dwindled in no time all while they had smiles on their faces. This is not my first time at this location and it certainly won't be my last. I will always recommend this store to everyone!

From the simplest thing, such as making a copy to the most extensive packing and shipping project, this store can do it. The new owner really knows what she's doing and is always happy to help. She is truly dedicated to her customers. I have never had a bad experience at this store and I can't imagine that I ever will!

I started renting a box from this store for secure delivery when a confusing address caused a lot of my packages to get delivered to the wrong address. While I frequently see news reports of packages being stolen off people's porches I have had piece of mind for over 15 years that every one of my packages from the smallest envelope up to 4 tires is securely waiting for me to pick them up. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and highly competent. I moved about 5 years ago and there are some closer options where I could rent a box but I would not think of taking my business anywhere else.

I make most of my purchases online and many are shipped by the Seller via UPS so I will redirect the majority of my UPS packages to this Hixson Pike UPS Retail Store for pick up due to its' relative location to my home. This way I don't have to worry about being at home for the truck delivery late in the day. I've never had a bad experience while receiving or shipping from this Retail Store, couldn't ask for a more pleasant and hard working group of young ladies running the store either! I love my UPS store. The staff is freindly and very helpful. From mailing a batch of out-of-state holiday packages to helping me build and maintain my business, this store is my first stop when it comes to packing, shipping, and advice. They have also produced banners and printed materials for various events.

Clean. Courteous. Friendly. Professional. Convienent. What more could you ask for?

No matter who you are or where you come from everyone that I've encountered at this store is very polite and respectful. Great people! Just be mindful of parking! Don't let those sliced golfballs claim your windshield!
