i just ran into 7-11 for some snacks and pod refills and debbie was amazing. she made my night! she was sweet, kind & even pulled a coupon out of her own purse for me. she saved me like $5!! most pleasurable experience at any 7-11 location. go debbie!

Dr. Farley and the staff always make you feel you’re important and will be well cared for. My primary care doctor asked her name because he was so impressed with my last Mohs surgery site.

Harold is very pleasant and has excellent customer service. Store is always clean and well stocked when I come...no complaints in my area...Harold is the bomb.com

This is the best store ever created. The twinkies, the donuts, the massive mountain dews, are all fantastic. Also if you see a kid there with red hair and a backwards hat and lax pants, and he responds to the name JJ there, he is an idiot and has made death threats to my kids. He also has a fat friend who called my kids and I very rude names. But anyway, the cashier named Malik is the best. The second best is Jay. The rest are pretty much the same #yolo #swag #lax

ONLY complaint is the utter lack of taquitos after dark. But everything is really clean and the staff are friendly. Cheema is my favorite!

The overall store is clean and well organized. But it offers the worst in prepared food compared to most other 711, and has barely as much choices

I used to come to this store frequently as my daughter's taekwondo studio is in the same shopping center, but today will have been my last visit. Almost every time I stop in, which is always right around 6pm, you know, like when people are hungry for dinner, there is no food ready. No pizza slices, no hot dogs.. nothing. When there IS something available, it looks incredibly old and disgusting. Today after walking in and seeing that the 7-11 branded energy drinks were not in stock for my 8th visit in a row, and there wasn't any hot food ready, I decided to say something. I asked why there was no food ready at dinner time, every time I come in. The female employee offered to make something, but I told her I didn't have time to wait for food to be made, it's supposed to be already be made. The male employee laughed at me and said 'nobody's making you wait for food, you don't have to get anything!' At this point I said I would just stop coming there and left. I won't be back.

Went to store last week Wednesday night 11/03/21 around 2100. Had to get coffee from 2 separate urns to fill 3/4 of an extra large coffee. Should have asked for a fresh brew, since coffee was barely luke-warm at best. Did not bother cashier - just paid and left. She and boyfriend were having more fun with their noses in their phones than anything else.

Not sure about the rest of the store, but the bathroom is concerning. Can't think of a good reason pop would be stored on the bathroom floor 🤢 and when I told them they were out of toilet paper, they were looking for more on the store shelves... Somehow they have none of the TP for their dispensers 🤦‍♀

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time there is an Uber Eats order to this store, you all claim you are sold out. Even when it comes to 7 Eleven branded items like a Big Gulp. You don’t reach out to the customer. Then when I come in the stores, the items are there. What’s the purpose of participating if you all are lazy and won’t work?

Not sure how this acceptable at 1130am. Looks like some people need to be fired.
