I have coming to this store for years. It has really taken an upturn since Al took over management. It's clean, staffed, and stocked with updates on product arrival. The vibe is so chill, and everyone is knowledgeable and gelpful. It's a NOTICEABLE difference.

Bought 2 vapes, staff is very nice. Cash only place but has an ATM that charges $2.

Great place to stop by, it is cash only but an ATM is provided. If you have a spare change jar in the car bring some in. All staff members have been attentive and knowledgeable. It's a cool stop with a chill atmosphere, grab a Fritz's soda and dream of big clouds. Love these! ☁

Only vape shop I’ll go to! Every worker I’ve encountered has been so helpful and all very nice, which is so great. When my vape wouldn’t charge after buying it they swapped it out for me. Customer service 10/10 and usually stocked pretty well on flavors! ☺ Get some more watermelon ice elf bars for me tho, would ya?🤣

A wide variety of vapes and e-cigs of just about every brand, stocked in every flavor available. Large selection of paraphernalia of all different sorts including glassware, pipes, bongs, torches, and butane. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer any questions that I had. They are cash only but they have a fee-free atm inside the store that dispenses increments of $20. I had an excellent visit and will definitely be returning. I've already begun recommending this shop to friends 👍

Friendly staff, thorough explanation of products. Easy service every time. Best prices on products that I usually get at other places typically 2x as expensive. Best vape/bud shop you'll get in town. 5/5

This is my “home” smoke shop for a reason!! All the guys I’ve encountered working here are extremely nice and helpful, and this store always has everything I need for a good smoke sesh. AND They’re open until midnight so if you break your vape at 10pm you won’t need to wait until tomorrow to get a new one.

I went to the cave smoke shop and the gentleman who worked there helped me with all of my needs, he was extremely knowledgeable, and EVEN took the time to look in the stock room for what I wanted, but was not in the case. If you are looking for professional advice, I would suggest the cave. Nathan was awesome and really went the extra mile. I would love to have such a hardworking, decent guy on my team.

All those kids sucked!!! All they did was talk about dungeons and dragons and who's parents basement was cooler to live in!! Nah I'm just playing lol. I know 2 of the guys that work there and they're good dudes and the other 2 guys were very informative of my purchases and helped a lot. Cool place to be in.

I've been a long time customer at the Lindbergh location but since I moved to Illinois last year I have been going to the Alton one more than this location since I am already making quite a drive to Alton since I live about 40 minutes north of there but when you find a store you love, you want to give them your business. So every time I am in St. Louis I make sure to make a pit stop here to check out what new products they have.

I must say I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location. I am always welcomed warmly when entering. What can be a quick 10 minute shopping experience normally turns to 30-40 just from the great conversation I recieve while there. I had purchased Kratom from another lil shop before I bought it at this location but felt pretty confused and uneducated by the first store I bought it from so I decided to ask a couple questions about Kratom at Studio 420, with no intentions of purchasing some and I ended up walking away with a much more comfortable grasp of knowledge on the product and more confidence in trying it again, so much that I bought quite a few jars when I was only coming in for vape juice!

On another note I did have a hiccup at the other location in Alton and was unable to get ahold of their manager so I tried calling the Lindbergh location to see if they could help me locate a manager. Luckily it was a manager who answered and although they don't manage that location, they were quick to get in contact with the manager from the Alton location for me. I explained what happened and gave him my contact info. Honestly I thought I wouldn't get a call back until the following day or longer and not even 20 minutes later he called back. They far exceeded my expectations on handling the incident and I was extremely impressed and grateful for how they took care of me.

Things like that is what keeps me a long time customer. I know confusion happens, especially with new employees and sometimes people are just having a bad day. Don't we all? But when the management goes above and beyond to make my not so great experience there SO much better - I call that great management for a great business.

Both locations will have my continued support. And as always- SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES ✊🏼
