It had been a while since I visited this location but it definitely will not be the last. DaQuan was absolutely wonderful. He made sure that our check out experience was one of the best. His friendly, courteous and patience will always be an asset to Staples. Not only did he check to see if we were able to find everything, we needed in his store but as a rewards customer, he made sure we took advantage of the rewards that were available. His excellent customer service will always make the customers of Staples return again and again. After speaking with his manager, Kenneth, I understand this “excellency” in customers service runs in the Staples family. All I can say is “keep up the good work.” Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Love the print shop they have going on! Had some uneven cuts on a print job (it happens), and Kenneth & TJ handled it with ease and great quality service! Those two solidified me as a return customer.

Great customer service no matter the reason for my reason. I hope the employees are enjoying an increase in pay since this location started accepting free Amazon returns.

Good store, great printing and copies center, self services, lot o office supplies, schools supplies, electronics, office furniture, toys, back bags, fast checkouts, good customer service and very professional and helpful staff.

This review is more for Kathryn in the print shop than for the entire store but her outstanding customer service and genuine interest in the customer's print project is a positive reflection on the entire store and the manager who had the good sense to hire her. Since we started homeschooling our STEM-loving pre-schooler we wanted to deck out the playroom with posters mounted on foam board. Kathryn seemed to be just as excited as I was about the project as I explained to her what I was looking for. She educated me about a couple different options and clearly articulated why her recommendation was the most affordable means of having the project come out the way I wanted. I have since returned multiple times for various projects and jobs.

As awesome as she sounds already, it gets better when a problem occurs, which understandably happens every once in a while. I don't remember if it was a bad cut or the laminating machine that messed up the original....but somehow Kathryn managed to find and print a slightly larger copy that had slightly better colors and let us keep both the 8/10 and 10/10 copies. I suspect most in her position would've waited to see if the customer complained but Kathryn clearly believes her customers have the same high expectations for excellence that she imposes upon herself.

Thank you Kathryn! I have no doubt you will continue to do great things as exceeding expectations seems to be an integral part of who you are.

The staff that worked on 2/11 - 2/12 was amazing. So accommodating and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly! Took great care with printing our loved one's funeral program and obituary. Even though they didn't carry the type of paper we needed, they allowed us to purchase our paper elsewhere and still printed the programs for us. They were prompt and printing was affordable!

One of the better retail experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a computer desk and chair to store for pick up. The two up front register staff were extremely helpful and friendly, wish I would’ve noted their names as they deserve recognition. Afterwards, Kenneth helped me check out and ensured I got the best deal possible. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, awesome experience and will shop this location again.

Lisa and Moussa in the print center saved the day after another store (FedEx) missed their agreed upon completion time for a print order by two days. All of a sudden I found myself with no signage and less than a day before the conference I was hosting, with FedEx saying they couldn't complete the order.

I submitted an order to Staples online, then called the store to confirm they would be able to make the posters for same day pickup. Lisa assured me they'd get it done. She and Moussa worked so hard to get the job done for us, and the quality was excellent. I'm so appreciative of the care they take in their work and the effort they put forth to complete the order despite material supply issues and the extremely short turnaround time. I will be printing at Staples for any other projects in the future!

I had an amazing shopping experience! I was greeted upon walking through the door. I was also approached several times by staff members asking if I needed help with find something. The cashier, Roopa, was awesome! She asked if I was a reward member and alerted me to the discounts that they had that I qualified for which in turn saved me a lot of hard earned money! The customer service here is great and so are the prices!

I rarely come to this place.

I needed to scan some documents and the process was quite easy, however something was going on and their system was talking to long.

I went to the area were you cand find an employee, yas!!! Social and communication exchange, finally I had the help from Kayla, she was very nice and crazy helpful.

Got what I needed done and she made sure I had everything before leaving the store. Sometimes is more about the customer service than what you are actually getting.

I don't shop in store very often (in fact I try to avoid making the trip at all costs), but this Staples has the best customer service I've seen in any store. period. David the sales manager is awesome and his staff is super helpful. Keep up the good work! So impressed....

Staff is knowledgeable of their store and always able to help. The quality of their print products is what you'd expect from a large chain store - subpar. If there's a printing issue with your products, though, they jump to action quickly and remake the order for you and have it ready within seconds (speed of remake may change based on quantity of order). HIGHLY recommend Staples printing services over Office Depot's any day!

I went there to order the projector lights. An order placed at the store can be delivered to the customer at no charge. The starscape lights look beautiful but it is difficult to pair the remote with the lights. This means instead of pressing the power button to turn off the lights at night. I have to go outside to unplug them. This is not what I had in mind when I purchased these lights. Also it means that the remote is useless. The company promised to send me another remote for both of the lights. They only needed my address which I emailed to them and the item numbers.

Great prices for back to school supplies & office supplies, especially during the summer for their specials all season. Lines are never long. Make sure to sign up for Staples Rewards to get the most bang for your buck.

Has a great selection and view with helpful staff. Also has a printer area. Never had any problems at Staples.
