Very unprofessional and the prices are crazy. They didn't add our points, and they raised the price of all there shoes in the matter of three days.

I went shoe shopping, into a location in Pontiac MI to get a pair of shoes for my grandson, and low and behold. It was a horrible experience!! There were 3 or 4 people work and not 1 person spoke or asked if I needed help, one worker walked right past me, while another was on her phone, for some idiot reason. I thought I would actually receive service??? And then called the corporate office to complain and speak with someone 🙄 noooope!!! Waste of call, sat on hold on and off for ten minutes; only for the person to try and give me a email. I guess for them to avoid doing their job, told the lady I was driving, said she would connect me with someone and then the phone hung up, so corporate is just as bad as the location's!!! Smh. If you need shoes or year for whatever. I'LL DEFINITELY BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON!!!!!!

This store on Halls Ferry in St. Louis, MO never stay open until the proper closing time. Something is always wrong at this location. What is the reason this store always closed early? I arrived at 5:45pm and the store close at 7. Has a hand written sign on the door that say system is down. Don't look like they are doing anything to get it back up either. This can't keep happen cuz this is one of my favorite stores to shop.

I won the Jordan raffle at the White marsh Location! When we went to pick them up they said they have them then they don't. Then I got to wait until Monday and If there are any left, they will contact me.....excuse me??? I win the raffle, where are the shoes I won to purchase and why do I have to see if there will be any more left. Yall are scamming! It's not a good look! Especially checking out these reviews. Somebody needs to teach you guys about customer service and false

The customer service at the Dover Mall location are very racist!
I went in the store yesterday 8/13/2023 I grabbed a Nike sneaker first while looking at it a white guy asked me if I was taking it and I said yes,I guessed he wanted it too only to ask the cashier to find me the other pair this girl took my shoes and give it to the white guy.
I felt so humiliated and embarrassed yesterday the worst part of it the cashiers started laughing at me like I was crazy only because of my color and accent.👎

Was in a Harrisburg PA store(Union Deposite) looking for a Lucky charm sweat shirt. Was in two weeks before a bought one. But on this day I come in and ask for help. No one is around. Then a female employee comes by me and I say, excuse me, can I get some help. She walks and says, the manager is very there. I say over where? And just ignores me and walks away.
What seem like 5 minutes later the manager comes from outside so I say miss, I need some help and your employee was rude to me. And she just didn't seem to care at all. I come to spend my money in your store and you too are rube? This is the 3rd time I been in that store and the employees were just unprofessional. I will conder spending my brad somewsere else. n

My friend and I came into the store number: 00105 ( st, west palm beach, FL) we wanted to buy the same pair of shoes and the women manager said we couldn’t because “she said so” the rule is one per customer. And they had multiple pairs in the back because the employee on the floor told me they had other sizes. I’ve been a store manager and I NEVER spoke to my customers that way. Very disappointed in the DTLR franchise I didn’t know they promoted rude and unfair employees. I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience I had at DTLR. I won’t be returning ever again. I usually shout out shoe stores but DTLR gets an F from me. Assoc number: 110029

Do not order from DTLR. I returned an online order and it’s been a month with no refund in site. 4 customer service representatives all gave me the run around. Each saying different things. One would say it was just received so wait 10 days for the refund then the next would say oh the package is lost. Crooked company.

I purchased shoes on 1/19/2109 at 6:38p.m. At Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia Georgia on a rainy day. My son tried the shoe on in the store. I bought them, Manager who I learn later completed my transaction. I left the store. The next day I tried the shoe on my son again at home on carpet and figure we may need to go up a size. I didn’t want to return back to Stonecrest Mall because that location isn’t near my home. I called south DeKalb mall they didn’t have the size I needed so I call Southlake Mall and they did. I go to southlake mall to exchange my shoe and I was told the shoe was dirty at the bottom and the assistant manager Tanisha I believe her name was refuse to exchange the shoes which I just purchased yesterday. I explain that, and her suggestion was for me to clean the shoe and bring them back. I disagree because I knew my son didn’t wear the shoes. She also suggested I drive back to stonecrest to exchange the shoes. Which is nowhere near my home. I end up leaving southlake mall and headed to stonecrest. I arrived at Stonecrest and had a hard time as well. TAnisha the assistant Manager at southlake mall had already called the location saying I told her my son wore the shoes. Which I did not say. It was a rainy day in Georgia and if my kid, who is only 5, wore the shoes the bottom of the shoe would be more than just dirty. To make a long story short I was told by STonecrest assistant manager to come back tomorrow 1/21/2019 to speak with the manager. Remind you I drove to two location and as good customer service you ask me to return tomorrow? That’s horrible customer service and inconveniencing the Customer who already drove to two locations. Another customer comes in stoncrest mall after me to exchange some shoes assistant manager barely checked the shoe. He open the box and closed it. I told him you didn’t check his shoe at the bottom, I was told he saw the gentleman earlier that week and that he’s a loyal customer. So loyal customer are more valuable then I?
My money spends just like a loyal customer money spends. I will not be returning back to purchase anything else from DTLR. Customer service at both locations was horrible, distasteful, unprofessional and still no solution. I’ve wrote on DTLR Instagram page and made a post about not to support this company and I will continue until I get the best customer service I deserve.

3/4/16 I purchased a pair of Nike Goaterra boots from the H street location. I got home, tried them on and noticed the air bubbles in the boots squeaked. I returned them to the store and was treated with the utmost disrespect. I asked for an exchange but the cut was different. Both boots were size 10.5. I told them the situation, the person at the register (tiffany) told me they handled my initial issue, its not their fault i dont know my size. By this time im pissed because she basically brushed me off.plain lazy unprofessional service. I located the corporate number but the number is out of service. I will never spend money there again.

Summit mall location fairlawn Ohio
Saw a woman get hit in the thigh tonight by the male she was with, they entered the store and I followed. I saw the sales rep and explained what I had witnessed and offered to make a report if she wanted to call mall security. She said " naww they probably just datin'." I asked what did that have to do with anything? She said "you know how they do." I went and checked on the lady myself after her guy walked away and she said she was OK so I left the store. The worker I encountered may be getting minimum wage, obviously wasn't the most intelligent nor a mandatory reporter I suppose. Ultimately she is a dud with the attention span of a gnat. Straightening clothing took higher priority over monitoring the well being of the shopper.

I went to the store in Richmond to return. I bought the shoes and was not advised that I could not get a refund since I used my debit card. The guy at the store says he can exchange or give me a gift card. I ended up going to a different store to exchange the shoes on Broad st. The guy there overcharged me as I had military discount I said something to him and he just blew it off. These both were the worst experiences ever. I'll stick to kids foot locker, champs, or finish line bc these stores were garbage and labeled customer service skills. The girls one on Broad and the one on S. Laburnum were the only ones with customer service. The guy I'm Laburnum was too busy talking to some chick vs doing his job to keep his customers happy.
