This has actually been one of the best jobs I've had in a really long time. Radonna Brown is an EXCELLENT store manager who trains her employees to the fullest! I hope the store grows from all the positive work and effort she puts into her job! It's a pleasure working for her and being able to reflect tha when I work with our guests as they come in. 5 stars for me and that's just because it's as high as it goes!

I visited the store today in Lake Charles la highway 171. My salesperson Ashley was so amazing kind and helpful ❤ She made sure all our needs where met . Her kindness was everything it's really great to walk in a store and feel the good spirits and welcoming of the employees ☺ I love this store Ashley is absolutely amazing 👏🏾

I have to give a huge shout of thanks to the store manager Radona.I had purchased a pair of Maui Island Bella sandals a few weeks ago. After wearing them for 3 weeks the right shoe split on the sole. I returned to the store with the pair of shoes for an even exchange. Linda A. said to me that the shoes were worn and without a receipt she would not take them back. I shared with her that the shoes were defective. She suggested the store in Lake Charles Prien Lake Mall may be able to help me. I went over to that store and Linda had called the store ahead of my arrival. I walked into the store and as I was looking at the shoes Tim mentioned to the sales clerk that if a woman entered the store wanting to return Maui Island shoes to get him. I walked up to the counter and asked for the store manager. Tim who I have to say was not very nice told me that he would not exchange these shoes because they were worn. Aging I explained they are defective. I left the store feeling that this was not right. I decided that I would never return to Shoe Dept. I felt as though I was not treated well. I emailed the customer service person Jessica Clark who was also very helpful. After several emails back and forth Radona called me and said that she would exchange the shoes. I went over to meet her at store #1039. She was so kind , she took one look at the shoe and said they are defective. Radona helped me to select another pair of sandals and apologized for the way that I was treated. Because of the professional way she handled this situation I told her that I would definitely return to the store and do business with her again.
All it takes is kind respectful business people to make customers feel respected.

Love the Moss Bluff Shoe Department Location! They Always have a great selection & good sales! The staff is super friendly and helpful, a great deal more than the Other locations. Especially Megan,she’s the best, extremely sweet & always makes sure I find what i came for and more!
