Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I received phenomenal customer service at this location. The two gentleman Matthew G and Stephen R. that helped me were incredible!! They were able to ensure that it was the correct color, sheen, and grade of paint based off of a quarter sized small sample I had. I will ONLY be coming here for my paint needs. Highly recommended you come here as well 10 out of 10!

I had searched online in to make sure of the hours at the store. There were some negative reviews that surprised me, as it has been quite awhile since I was at this store.
As soon as I entered, I was politely greeted and asked how he could help me--all along he was working on something and asked to give him a moment.
I don't always leave reviews but wanted to because of the harsh couple of reviews I read. I got my samples and will be back when ready to tackle our painting.

I went to the Commerce Sherwin Williams store 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday asking them to try to adjust the color of my previously purchased paint. They stayed a few minutes past closing tinting the paint several times to try to get the new color I wanted. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated their efforts. Customer service is not dead!

Great paint and the staff is so helpful. A good quality paint makes such a difference. My kids painted their room with almost no splatter. I always recommend Sherwin to any new diy and obviously all the pros know why they buy here. So easy if you know the tricks and this is the place to start a great project.

The staff at the store are excellent, quick, knowledgeable, and will not disappoint. I get in and out quick, with excellent quality products. I've never had an issue with any paint or supplies purchased.

The salesperson helped me to pick out a color for my bathroom. I brought in my tile to match and she made the process very easy. She obviosuly knew the Sherwin-Williams color selections well and was able to narrow down my choices quickly.

I called in my order and Skylar, the customer rep, took great care in making sure that the paint that I received was exactly what I ordered. The curbside delivery process also worked well.

Sean was excellent. Him and Corrie make a great team behind the counter. Was extremely impressed, will be back based off of today's experience!

I needed a quart of paint for touch up purposes. The staff made sure that the color and sheen matched what I have and provided fast and friendly service.

Close to home, bright and clean store, helpful staff, and the paint was mixed within minutes!
