Great selection of everything at fair prices.
I started with hardwood and woodworking tools initially.
Once we bought a house and started getting it fixed, we saved a lot of money by using the Lowes membership.
They always have what I need and have good discounts regularly.

Trey was extremely helpful and efficient when I was looking for a dishwasher including looking at the inventory at multiple locations. Very courteous and professional, helped me to save a lot of time and money. What a kind young man!

I don’t normally leave reviews this time I wanted to share my great experience. I was greeted by Wasim in the appliance department who understood what it meant when I said we are just looking to get ideas. He offered us no pressure environment which was so nice. He gave us some very good options. When we mentioned cabinets he introduced us to Vanessa from Kentucky as he told us. She greeted us warmly and took the time to go over all the selections and options so that we were able to get to a brand and options that we can afford. We are planning on using our tax refund for a kitchen refresh. Wasim and Vanessa are two outstanding sales people. When we are ready we know where we are going to purchase our new kitchen! Karen in customer service at the commerce location was extremely helpful and efficient in helping us make a warranty return on an outdoor light.

It's a lowes. What you would expect. I went an hour before closing and everyone was super helpful and kind to me even though I had a toddler who was running around and touching everything.

IMO Lowes is much cleaner, has friendlier staff and better lumber than Home Depot.

Chuck, Sales associate in the lawn mower department, helped us this week to purchase an EGO zero turn radius electric riding lawn mower. Thank for your wonderful help and support with our purchase! you were really great! We wanted to buy it there due to your great advice! Now we're just waiting for the delivery promised last week from other sales associates!

The employees are always so incredibly friendly I took my 14 month old daughter there this morning to run around look at some house plants and pick up some backyard bug spray I found everything I was looking for and more there's always some kind of surprise plant that I've been looking for everywhere and cannot find today was a jade tree I'm very excited to take home thank you

Update September 2023: Definitely my go-to for supplies. Customer service is excellent and the return desk people are quite patient. Great variety and competitive prices.

Good prices and customer's service when compared to similar caliber big box stores. Well organized. Sometimes it's hard to find assistance but when you do, they do their best to help you

Anytime I need help there's somebody there I love this place I just love it the paint department everyone knows what they're doing it's really a great place

Trey was my sales person his customer service skills was the best I've seen in a long time and Great personality. This young man made me proud.

The most friendly and helpful staff I've ever experienced in any store. I had not one, not two, but three employees all helping me search for items. Unfortunately the items were out of stock, but the workers were all on their phones looking, and personally taking me to the places it could be. Each were very apologetic and it made me wish we had this store - and the employees! - closer to our home!

John in appliances (by the washer/dryer section) is outstanding. Also, James the delivery guy was wonderful. I recommend waiting for John if you're ordering appliances as he is very knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled.

John is a pleasure to work with. I made the stupid mistake of not knowing a gas dryer from an electric dryer and John was able to resolve my issue. Highly recommend Lowe's for their customer service.

Lowes is my candy store, lol. Camt say enough good about it.

Manager was very helpful even though he was new in his position. He also was at a disadvantage, because he wasn’t familiar with the area we were in and his specialist wasn’t in today. I’m very excited to be working with them on some new projects on our house 🏡 😊. Also smells way better than Home Depot which gave me a headache after being in for 5 minutes…😊

I go here all the time to get home improvement need!!
