Walgreens

Have been a Walgreens pharmacy customer for about one year and, during that time, I have experienced. only 1-2 problems. Resolved promptly and professionally. If the drive-thru has a lot of cars waiting, I simply park and walk in. This pharmacy does not warrant low marks.

Inarrived at Walgreens at closing time to pick up a much needed prescription for my husband. Initially the Pharmacist stated that it would not be available until tomorrow because the prescription was sent from the Urgent Care Clinic too late. I explained the situation and she filled it immediately. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I'm not sure what the pharmacist's name who I spoke to was, but she had black braids, black glasses, and a '555' necklace. She was so so sweet and helpful. She took the time to help me figure out what was going on with my insurance and even called them for me! I was there for maybe 30ish minutes and she was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. Need more like her in the health care industry. Thanks again so much if you're reading this.

Today was my first visit to a quick clinic and I was thoroughly impressed. Thank you Dr.Young for the outstanding care! I cannot say enough good things... Very efficient and prompt, along with great bedside manner. This was truly the easiest visit I have ever had for needing a fast check for a cold. I will not be waiting at my PCP for 2-3 hours anymore.

Thus far using this Pharmacy has been a pleasant experience. There’s one or two pharmacy techs that work there, that when I walk in every time she sees me she remembers me by last name. You only get that from employees who care and know what they’re doing. It makes ya feel good to be remembered doesn’t it?

I transferred from the CVS down the street which is a JOKE BTW, read comments left for that pharmacy. This one however, has always been on point to have the meds refilled and when texts or emails are sent that a med is ready, it’s ready. If you do a drop off 9 X out of 10 it’s only an hour for pick up. I’ve had times where I waited and it was only 15-20 mins. I’d recommend this pharmacy for your future needs in medicine.

I have been a customer of this Walgreens pharmacy since the very first day it opened. I live near enough to the square that I could arrive at other pharmacist before I reach the Walgreens on 81 , but I go to where I feel the most comfortable and I can always be myself and not feel ostracized for every little thing that my life throws my way. Its cause of the ppl like the nice and always cheerful young lady with black hair that works as a cashier there. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the store and its products. She always asks me about my Morher who has fought and beaten Hotchkiss lymphoma not once but twice and is now in remission. I really appreciate the employees and there willingness to help and think about others like my mom. So yeah ,I will pass many other pharmacist to be helped by ppl who actually do care about her and my well-being. So thank u for your service and hard work. It shows

There is a Walgreens on what feels like multiple corners of the main areas of HCO I have been to all of them. This one is always clean and Reggie is always very kind and customer service oriented. It’s my go to store in the area

The lady at the walgreens is always really nice, I think she is the manager but not 100%. I got in and out in a matter of just a few minutes as always. They also have everything i need.!!!

I was trying to find a certain hair product they they didn't carry, luckily there is a beauty supply store near by in the plaza now! Other wise this is a great Walgreens.

Went to the walk in clinic, was seen quickly and given great service.

Workers greet customers with a friendly smile and they give good customer service.

Store clean and found everything needed. Check out was quick.

Had appt for new COVID vaccine SpikeVax. Nurse was excellent.
Waiting area outside in pharmacy area was very dirty. Food under chairs. Bathrooms were awful . Please clean your pharmacy and store please.

FedEx needs to get their own facility in a bigger city like McDonough. Asked Walgreens to put a piece of tape on the end of the box. Yes I said A piece of tape & they said they dont provide it because they have to pay for it. So I dont know what kinda contract FedEx and Walgreens has but these kinda services are limited & poor. Guess they dont want to treat you like a real customer. FedEx needs to supply them with some tape then cause Walgreens has made it clear they arent going to service your paying customers!!

After waiting on hold for the pharmacy 19.23 minutes never once speaking to a person I decided to use another pharmacy.

Looking for specific item, worker stated she thinks they are out. No attempt to check if they were in stock
