Santa gifted my kiddos a console and we were initially overwhelmed by the world of gaming but GameStop has shortened our learning curve tremendously with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Plus, great prices on used games.

Best GameStop ever! Friendly staff (I believe one of their names was Trever)! I got help pre-ordering some games, got some discounted t-shirts, and they were REALLY nice and showed me how to military style fold the new shirt!!! As long as they work there, I'll be a customer!

This GameStop location happens to have an amazing store manager - I believe she said her name was Linda. She managed to turn what would have been a bad customer service issue (GameStop credit mishandled by a different store) into a positive experience for us. She called customer service on our behalf and helped us resolve the missing credit issue and then spent a lot of time helping my 10-year-old pick the console he wanted. Very impressed!

Tree was extremely helpful. He had knowledge as to what he was doing, answered all of my questions and he was also warming and very kind hearted. Thank you Tree. I will see you in the future!

I'm getting to be a big fan of game stop. Super friendly at all their locations. Haven't had a bad experience as of yet. Really cool place to find collectibles. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Well, first and foremost I was not the most presentable of customers and I hit the gate asking to what the average person would seem to be "challenging questions" all while having a runny nose that was uncontrollable. For "CJ" or Constance, this was a walk in the park for she did not judge and provided me with honest feedback from both personal standpoints and those of which I imagine are the standard of Game Stop leaving options on the table, for a now well informed customer. This is very rare in todays world to find someone in retail or life in general who can captivate a consumer or person for that matter with pure honesty and unparalleled engagement and patience and not stick to some corporate script. I felt as though I was at a lunch table talking with friends about the latest games and those from the past, rather than in a retail establishment. To be quite frank, I could spend hours writing about how awesome this interaction was, but in a nutshell I just went in for a pre owned game for my console and ended up leaving refreshed with a new system all together pre ordered. It is safe to say, that some hope for humanity has been restored thanks to "CJ".

The young whom lady assisted us was amazing, I have a teenager who dosen't like to speak she observed my challenge and made it comfortable to communicate, the experience was priceless and I'm actually on my way back there again, hopefully she's there. Thanks Gamestop or whomever hired this young lady.

I have been shopping at this Gamstop for 4 plus years. The employees are very educated on what is going on with all the games,dlc, and products in the store. They are also very freindly and dedicated to helping and answering all of your questions. I could not ask for a better shopping experience! Hands down the best Gamestop!!!
