Great people and nice 2nd hand stuff.

Customer service isn’t great. The older ladies running the store aren’t friendly at all. Parking is a hassle if the spots out in front are full.

The store has 3 floors with small rooms full of items. Definitely not handicap accessible. Selection is a hit or miss. Prices aren’t bad at all ($1 shirts, etc).

I won’t be coming back due to rude customer service. Recommend Budget Shop over this place.

So I walk through the front door and the first thing I'm greeted by isnt a hello or a welcome. Instead the old woman at the front desk looked angry and vaguely threatened by my sudden interest in this shop. Her tone was unacceptably grating. Ironic isnt it that the church calls this a "ministry" when they allow rude people to sit at the front desk. Way to represent.

Came today 5 mins before opening and had the door shut in my face saying we're closed while I had a baby on my hip and a toddler at my hand. Another day months ago my daughter was playing with a doll house in the toy room very quietly while I shopped and I was told to take it away or buy it. I bought it because I like shopping here and I would've had to leave if I deal with a toddler breakdown. but why are the workers/volunteers so grumpy? Idk if they just don't like kids or what. I don't have this issue when I come alone.

They'll come out and shout at you not to donate there. Then when you go in and say sorry they just give you a mean look and say nothing. Really makes a person feel terrible. I was just trying to donate nice clothing to help them out. :(

Sign outside the front door says they’re open 1-4pm Monday-Saturday. We arrived Saturday at 1:10 and the store was not open, even waited around to see if maybe they were late opening. Very frustrating and disappointing because we had to walk all the way around the building from the parking lot. Tried calling too with no answer.
