Riverstone Beverage

Riverstone Beverage is great, they take care of their loyal customers too! Max is always a pleasure to deal with and they are a great enabler if you have a bourbon collecting problem. Very good prices on hard to find bourbons. Not like most of the liquor stores you see with museums prices on they allocated bourbons.

Went here today to get a bottle of Basil Hayden’s Toast. One of the employees gave me a bag with a hole in it (unbeknownst to me) and the bottle fell through the bottom and broke on the pavement at home. So now I’m out of $75. Called the store and they did nothing. At least double bag the items for a 6 pack of glass bottles and a bottle of whiskey.

Update! (From following day!)

I was contacted by the owner after this issue and was offered a replacement bottle of equal or lesser cost. The owner was respectful and apologized for how the issue was handled yesterday. This was top notch customer service and I look forward to continuing to shop here in the future!

This was my first visit. I got treated to VIP service level. Manager was super helpful, made recommendations and answered my many questions. The store is very well organized, isles are clearly marked, great selection, products are displayed without being crowded. Prices are in line with stores in the area (stores, not warehouses). Definitely recommend this store.

Very nice employees. They didn't have what I wanted but they could order it for me. It was a unique item.

CK the manager provided great customer service and he was knowledgeable of the products. Glad it's in the neighborhood, it'll be my go to spot.
