I have been to Amir’s shop ever since they opened The workers are always really nice! When I wanted a product they didn’t carry, they accommodated me and got the product in. This is a Great shop and I recommend you go here for all your smoking needs!

Same attention to detail. Engaging customers. I asked if they could order me a product they didnt have and they said they will. They are trying to get Pann Rass. Amazing hookah flavor.

This is the third time I came to get a vape from this location and the vape was exploded when I opened it out of the pack. I’ve tried to give Grace in hopes to at it wouldn’t happen again but it’s not worth it. And they don’t do refunds on unused vapes. There was literally no vape juice inside it spilled out EVERYWHERE. Not worth it!

I've been to this store 3 times the first 2 times there was a "be right back" sign on the door waited over half an hour each time. Today an employee walked out the door and puts up a "be right back" sign as I was approaching the building looks at me and proceeds to lock the door, walks to the counter and stood there looking at me through the glass.

Honestly they were nice however they were VERY inexperienced. Both boys behind the counter continued to tell me that they had ZERO thanks to fit the "thread pattern" of my aspire CF sub battery and one specifically that I asked about they said didn't fit. A few days later I was at a friend's and she had the same exact tank I was asking about and when I attempted to put it on my batter what do you know... It fit and worked great!!!!! So instead of buying a bottle of juice and a tank I got just the juice, when I could have bought both but now have to spend extra time going out again to get a table. Please educate your employees! You lost money on that sale because of this. And I won't be back either. I'll find a vape shop where the employees actually know their information.
