The Manager, Luz; customer service reps, Betsy and Deyaniris; driver, José and heavy lifters, Nando and Sonny ALL went above and beyond to make sure my 281 lb. bathroom vanity was delivered to the 2nd floor (no elevator) and inside the condo. There were all sorts of challenges they all overcame--as normal delivery is dropped in the driveway.
Everyone we encountered was understanding and followed up, especially, José, who is a contract driver for Home Depot. He even called us later in the day to make sure the 2 men managed to get the vanity upstairs to us.
In a world where nobody follows up on issues, this was a stellar experience, even with the challenges. Thank you all, so much ❤

I came in to buy supplies for the bar I manage and had the please of meeting Christian R. He was extremely personable and reliable and made my experience visiting this Home Depot memorable. Also a beautiful and lovely black woman (I didn’t get her name) helped me at checkout and was able to help me when I needed it. She also went above and beyond by yelling for me because I forgot my receipt which I needed for work. All in all, extremely amazing people and will be back again.

Needed lumber and had to get it cut at the location. Kency was extremely helpful and the only employee in lumber but still managed to help everyone. He helped us get what we needed quickly, wanted to give him a shout out.

Ricky had the best customer service and he’s super funny also goes above and beyond to help, whenever I go there I will ask for him.

I Find myself going to Home Depot more and more everyday. It's nice to see the amount of commerce taking place compared to how everything's been during the quarantine. Keep up the keep up, and DIY it, save the money. I do wish they had more of a selection in store for most areas, as I'm usually met with "Sorry, that's not in store..." Doesn't stop me from going but it'd be nice. Enjoy!

I rented a truck on Saturday to move my personal belongings to Orlando. Upon returning back to Tampa on Sunday, I got a flat tire on the Interstate. Customer Service, Elements, Roadside Service and Operations Manager Carlo Lopez were all superb. However, I’d like to highlight Mr. Lopez for his professionalism and courtesy. He was concerned about my safety and well-being upon arrival to his store Millenia #6367. Mr. Lopez made numerous calls to get me back home to Tampa safely. Home Depot has a great team.

Excellent customer service. I had purchased an extended warranty on a vacuum, it was nearly up.

The hose developed a hole. Rather than have me wait, or have to leave it, they replaced the entire section affected. Above and beyond. Very satisfied. Recommend.

I love Home Depot. It has everything in this store. It has more than just wood and screws. I shop for a washing machine and dryers, refrigerator, Stove, dish detergent, bleach, mops, brooms, paint, plants and they even have snacks and sodas, juice, Gatorade. I mean, they have everything. The store is clean, the staff are very professional and the service is very quick. I love it and you will too 😊

I went in to the store to pick up a new mower but couldn't find it in the aisle, despite the info provided. I spoke to a woman at the service desk who checked the website and told me they didn't have any in stock. I showed her a pic I took that showed 14 in stock only a few hours earlier. She went into the back, found the model I wanted and brought it out for me. It turns out it had been removed to become a clearance item and I got a discounted price. 👍

Nice staff, never too busy or crowded. Its honestly in a very convenient spot.

I was faulted for tell her separate five pieces before she cut whole pieces 12x50feet, but she still help me to redo everything so nice with partner named Bob, you’re great person! I just want say Tom over in the rental dept. gave my lady and I the best customer service I've ever had today! We were so stressed out from trying to find a moving truck rental and had no luck. Tom went out of his way and made it happen, explained all the details and turned our stressed morning into an amazing day. Thank you Tom!

HD is my favorite store, for me is my toys store, I can find it all that I need for my works projects.

Jazmyn took the time to explain the issues in a non confrontational manner. She made the extra effort to make my order whole! She is a compassionate and effective team player! She made me feel cared for and safe. Great team at this Home Depot!

I go to Home Depot often, never had I been offered help to carry, hold, or even find something ( seems as if their assistance has gone downhill the past few years ) today however, I was pleasantly surprised by a
young gentleman, Rolondo.
He was in his car parked in the parking lot, jumped out and offered to help. He said “don’t worry I work here!” I think he was on his lunch break… regardless, he wasn’t on the clock and helped me put a huge rug in my car, and I have my 2 yr old son with me. He was a life savor!!! Thank you Rolondo🙏🙏😊🩷

I appreciate how helpful everyone here is, especially to this dumb engineer... Veteran preferred parking is a nice plus... It's a little tough getting in and out of the location, but we can't blame HD for the county's stupidity.
