I have used the CVS every month for nearly 6 years now. Both day and evening pharmacy staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to have when their opinion professionally. The pharmacist as well as technicians after only maybe 3 months of using this specific location had already taking it upon themself to get to know me by a first name basis. I do not recall a pharmacy of such a massive chain what almost appears to be a no turnover rate. At this particular location I do not see new faces every month it is the same staff which speaks to the dependability of the store. 10 Stars. And always remember if a pharmacist is not comfortable with something it is because they have to put their name on your bottle of medication. because of this fact they reserve their right to use their judgment and decide whether or not to fill any prescription whether controlled or not.

Need to get some allergy medicine and was in n out under 3 minutes. Store was clean . Fast cashiers

I like this CVS Pharmacy not only because it is 2 mins from home, but also because of the kindness and patience of the pharmacy staff. They are always so busy yet in a fast-paced environment you find the time to make sure your customers questions and concerns are all addressed appropriately. Thank you for the amazing job you all do!

I’d like to thank Mark, the manager, for being so kind to me today, when I had 15 boxes of chocolates, and was trying to check out at one of the self-checkouts. He is such a gentleman, and makes himself available to everyone, and without being asked. He doesn’t hide like managers I see at other stores (all different chains). It was so refreshing in the midst of the Christmas frenzy! I will definitely be shopping at this store in the future!

My husband was stranded in a hotel room with Covid. I needed help getting his prescriptions filled and to him. I spoke with two different pharmacy techs on separate days and both were so incredibly helpful!!! They really went out of their way to ensure that his prescriptions were filled and ready in a timely manner. I wish I knew their names so that I could give credit where credit is due but in general I would use this pharmacy all the time if I lived in the area! I can only imagine how busy they are due to Covid but they still made the time to go the extra mile and genuinely seemed to care.

I wanted to let you know out of all the years that I’ve been using CVS I’ve never had a person like Sonia she helped me save money using my rewards in different ways I have never been offered my beauty club free gift she took the time to show me what I didn’t know she should teach your employees how little things like she did was amazing you don’t find people like her anymore Sonia works at CVS 5190 s.Conway road

Once we came here for our passport photos. A few hours later, I came back for an extra set. I was willing to pay the $13 or so again for the extra set but the manager, Mark, took the initiative to tell me that since the photos were already in the camera's SD card there was no need to take the photos again, just pay $0.35 for reprints! Another time I came here because I *needed* an international phone calls card, which I seldom use, and the same manager, Mark, even helped me pick out one. The other staff members are friendly and helpful as well. We really appreciate them.

Pharmacy Tech- Alexa/Alexis (not sure if i have her name right, sorry) has amazing customer service. A few weeks ago, my husband was hospitalized due to complications from the Flu. He doesn't have insurance. When i picked up his medications and she gave me the price, (i cried a lil, inside LOL). She went out of her way to find us discounts on the prescriptions and she saved us over $100. She didn't have to spend her time but she did and we were super grateful. thank you Alexa/Alexis

My wife and I love the manager Mike and pharmacy staff. Everyone in the store is pleasant and warm. Great customer service all the way around we don’t go anywhere else.

VERY GOOD selection of dxm so i can trip balls in a black room on weekends. would highly recommend the 2 of the 5 oz grape delsym for anybody wanting to blast of into space and just have a good time

Employees are always nice and the pharmacy staff are always pleasant to deal with. Prescriptions are always filled on time. I am very satisfied with the service!

The manager at this CVS is always cheerful, pleasant & helpful, pepole like him should be appreciated! The store employees are also always very pleasant & helpful!
