Clean ...professional...organized...The customer service was top notch Chad was able to assist me with deciding on my purchase he is definitely educated on the product he is selling. I felt welcome and free to ask anything without feeling ignorant. There was another lady there who was also very welcoming. I didn't feel rushed like at other places. My new " go to place"
You don't have to pay for the customer service because their prices are pretty much comparable to others in surrounding area!

I am a Scotch drinker and I travel alot for business......if I return to Orlando again for business....I will buy again here...their Scotch and bourbon selection is AWESOME...very many selections and alot of hard to find or limited production is stock....I saw the attitude that other reviewers are speaking about, however if you try to engage the the man behind the counter intelligently you will be surprised....he is a good person...remember he doesn't know you either.......

They always have my brands available and the prices are comparable to ABC liquor. Convenient location for me since it's near work.
