Excellent customer service by a nice young lady named Echo, she was very professional and helpful when this dollar general was the ONLY place in town for hundreds of people to go to because of the tornado last night

Thank God for this woman.

We need more stores like the Citronella store on Citrus Ave the people there are wonderful. On any day a young man that works the floor most of the time is always very helpful finding anything you need but today they went above.
He helped me find something they carry every little of but he found it. I was checking out I mentioned I had left my coffee filters there earlier that week and the cashier hands them to me Wow but that's not all I received a very important phone call concerning my sick uncle as I was walking out he runs over and loads my jeep refuses a tip can we please have more people like this . Great job Val keep this crew!!

One of my favorite stores to go to. The manager Val is one of the nicest people. She always greets you with a smile and asks how are you doing. The rest of the employees are great. They have a large variety especially now that they have the bigger freezer section and the produce part.

Well maintained and stocked. Great customer service and a lot of items at good prices.

They had the cleanest store I have ever seen. The shelves were all stocked, nothing sitting in the isles. The staff was very friendly. I was impressed by the store being so neat. Your essential worker's in my opinion earn every cent they maked.

I go to many dollar general stores and very rarely do I not find what I am looking for and by rare occasion I don't find what I need which happened in this store the asst manager explained where the next dollar general was, only about 4 miles down the road and there I found that store had the type of phone case for my belt I needed. The employees and managers are awsome and bend over backwards to help. A y one has access to shop at dollar general.

Offers a great variety of products. I visit 2 to 3 times per week. Staff is usually very accommodating. Especially compared to Wal-Mart where you can never find anyone to assist you. Store is sometimes hard to nacugaye especially if you are a mother with children due to space in the stores.

the customer service is second to none in my opinion, they are always friendly and helpful. the newly remodeled store was amazing. easier to navigate through the isles. only downside is now I no longer know where anything is. ☺

Friendly staff, great selection of items, and great prices. If its 9pm and you have to buy a pair of socks, or 7am and you need a pack of gatorade and some smokes, Dollar General is THE definition of convenience store.

I want to give a huge shout out to employee Jenn Stiles for being so willing to go above and beyond in after hours customer care to my husband and I. Two weeks ago after finding inappropriate text between the two he swears he's told her they can't talk any more. To my surprise last night by grace of pocket pickup on a phone call to my husband I hear the two planning to meet up at the beach for "fishing" as soon as she went home to get her car after just getting off work,11 pm. He even asked if she had enough gas, how sweet!!! ... Well sorry girl, he never made it. But a huge thank you for helping me open my eyes. A++ service.

They have a little bit of everything here. Saves my the long trip to the grocery store when I just need one or two things. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I live in south Florida and it amazes me how many times when I go up to citrus county Florida I am shown such wonderful people. I've lived in Citrus for many years, and what a difference in the people compared to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. The staff at Dollar General were so nice and friendly. I went back a second day to purchase more toys. Couldnt find them, a staff member went isle by isle until the exact lighted balls were found. I have never had a happy, cheerful and fun time going to ANY Dollar General before this. As a matyer of fact, down south they arent nice, they have an attitude amd male ot to where you don't want to go back. If gas was free, I would drive the 4 hours north just to shop at this Dollar Store. Just because I was treated as a normal person. My business was appreciated. Hats off to you guys working there on night shift. There is a difference in where you live and where you shop.

This is my favorite DG to stop at, I live right down the road and this store always has what im looking for. The workers and the store manager Val are amazing! Hands down best DG in town, I would recommend stopping at this store to anyone.

I very often go to Dollar general on 495 in Crystal River Florida everybody's friendly and nice and always anxious to help if needed great group of people working there especially Val.

Very well stocked actually found sweet rops in tropical flavor which nvr have seen before very clean an well kept friendly staff an fast service highly recommend

This is a great store for quick pick up items. If you use the online coupons you can save money. moved to Homosassa so have not been shopping here recently.

Best shopping place in town, considering it’s the only one out there. Honestly though it’s a good little store not to many crackheads and there’s always good clerks
