Very enjoyable experience. I thought I needed a new tire, but only had a nail. Even though they were extremely busy, my wait was very reasonable and they had me on the road in no time. Will definitely use them again.

Went in early and asked if they could take me for an alignment (hit a curb pretty hard) and oil change as a walk in. They were more than happy to help me. I was back on the road shortly after with a safe vehicle for me and my kiddos. They were honest and professional with a cozy waiting room. Mark was fantastic at explaining what need to be done and made sure it got done quickly and efficiently. New customer here!

Each staff member I encountered was friendly and seemed happy to be there. I had an 8:00am appointment, but told them not to worry about rushing & to just call when they were done. By the time I got back to my office (less than 10 minutes away), they had already called me and informed me of a service that was needed (brakes). The fact that they still honored my appointment time and had my car done within the anticipated time frame, was exceptional. I will definitely return in the future. :)

Lucy is very welcoming, understood my issues and quickly resolved it with a smile on her face. Very affordable tire and great service. I recommend this place.

The scheduling guys there were friendly and knowledgeable. They couldn't do all of the work I needed because of my cars technology, but for an oil change, lube and brake check it saved me an hours drive to Wesley Chapel and saved about $100. I'm bringing my other car there next week.

Excellent service. They clearly explain things (I know nothing about cars!) and stand behind their price quotes. They did some work on my car that I wasn't satisfied with & they had me bring the car back for an adjustment at NO CHARGE! Sometimes there's a long wait but that depends on the time of day. I highly recommend Mavis.

Love this place! As a woman I was treated very kindly and intelligently. I had a bolt stuck in my tire and they took care of it for me without an appointment. I have a couple estimates for things that my car needs and I will be using them for the work. Highly recommended!

Had a tire losing air. Stopped by in the mid afternoon without an appointment. They were very busy. The manager was very kind and patient, promising to get to it as fast as he could. I walked next door, grabbed a bite to eat. I wasn't back 15 minutes before they were finished and handed me my keys. Thank you!

I just want to say Justin and his team saved our family vacation. We was in his area and had a blowout. They said to bring it in and they would take care of us. They didn't have the tire so we decided to go ahead and order 2 so they match. Justin found the tires and even ran to get them. They worked on our vehicle while we went a got something to eat. In no time Justin and his team had us back on the road. Kudos to Justin for going above and beyond. Just wish there were more people like this.

Thank you so much for the AWESOME customer service! Even tho there was a hiccup in getting my tires, they handled the issue in a calm, courteous manner. Rick went above and beyond to listen , understand and overcome the issue. Much appreciation for Mavis Tire Lecanto.

Mavis in Lecanto employees are so great! I’ve pulled in twice with punctured tires due to hurricane work and they’ve been quick, efficient and professional. Tires are great price. Soooo thankful I can make my meeting today because of them!!!!! Super clean and kind!

I’m the parts manager for Joe Hudson’s Collision Center in Crystal River Florida & we started using Mavis Tires & Brakes here in Lecanto Florida for our cars alignments and mountain balance. These guys do a great and efficient job with a quick turnaround time. Just what we needed for all the cars that come to us for collision repair to get there vehicles alignment and tires mounted and balanced so we can get them back on the road. Had a last minute need to have a tire patched and they were able to get me right in and out in a timely manner. I know this may not always be possible, but the crew here was eager to accommodate. I will return for any future auto needs. Have returned again 3/3/24 for another tire patch and like last visit, the team at this location was very accommodating and helpful.

BEST OF THE BEST! The guys at Mavis had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Came in to look at a low tire, found a screw and had me back on the road in minutes!! I highly recommend Mavis for any of your needs. Extremely professional and kind.

I recently came in for a tire repair and was was informed by the tech that my brakes were bad. Thank goodness DJ the technician made me aware. He showed me the pads and they were gone. They were very professional, and even the supervisor Justin came and spoke to me to get me the best deal. I will definitely recommend to friends and return for future repairs by DJ.

I got the best serious at this Mavis by far. It was quick and I had the sweetest tire tech. Chris definitely reassured me I was in good hands. I've had bad experiences with other tires places and everyone here we're on it Thank you Mavis employees and another shout out Thank you chris 🙏
