I cut hair in the plaza where cricket is . My phone ended up going for a swim and I needed another phone . Sebastian was super fast and amazing . Went to see Sebastian to save money on my family plan that I had with ATT and found out that cricket was offering me the same exact deal I was overpaying by well over $100 on. Sebastian was very informative and assisted with helping us get our phones working and signed into the free MAX app to watch our favorite shows and movies on included with the plan!!! Highly recommend

I went in to get a new phone bc mine was accidently left on the pharmacy counter at Walmart. I was grumpy and sad. Jeremy met me as I walked in and set me up right away with a great deal on an upgrade. Sebastian set me up with a beautiful case and did a wellcheck on my husband's phone. The check up showed virus activity which had severely slowed down the use of the phone, so he offered a special deal for a new phone. I left with both phones loaded with all the data and photos and much happier! Thank you Jeremy and Sebastian and Cathy, the DM, who was on the phone!

Tbh this store was so clean I can’t believe it . As soon as I walked in it smelled like paradise . Before I could swing the door open there was an employee who opened the door for me and greeted me with a huge smile . Sebastian went above and beyond for me he helped me with all my needs and wants . I was in and out within 30 mins after getting a new line of service ! His coworker Jon was also very fast and knowledgeable. For someone who is in training he sure knows his information. I will be coming back here and referring my friends to this store !
