I went with my family and all of us had a great experience. Eddie was really helpful, knowledgeable, explained every details of our foot scans and recommended the right tennis shoes for each person. We were four people in total and all of us got tennis shoes, socks and running gear. Totally recommend it. Great experience. Definitely, will come back. He is the best!

We had a wonderful experience here! I have some challenges with my feet (really high arches and I deal with foot cramps) and Matt acted like he had all the time in the world to help me- this after I let him know I might not be buying anything. 😉 The foot scan was really helpful, and Matt was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring. Highly recommend! (I did end up buying shoes!)

As usual, absolutely stellar service at this location. The team is super eager to help and knowledgeable about all the latest tech. Shoutout to Nick at the store: we easily found what I was looking for and it was fun and easy.

I have been going to the store for eight years absolutely love it take my children. unfortunately they decided to quit selling Nike so we do not go anymore. So sad to not shop at a local shop with good Nike running shoes.

Went in today for the first time and Stacey (sp?) fitted me for my shoes. Even though the store was very busy, she was very patient and kind and took her time making sure I got in the shoes that were right for me! Stacey and all of the Fleet Feet staff there today went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience in-store and left satisfied. Needless to say, I am so excited for my new pair of Brooks and insoles. Stacey was very knowledgeable and put me in a great pair of shoes. Great staff and great atmosphere!

Fleet Feet is a fantastic footwear store! The shop is quiet in a good way, and the staff is polite and helpful. They have a great display of Hoka shoes and helped me find exactly what I was after. The shopping experience was quick, efficient, and enjoyable overall. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Made an appointment for a foot scan and fitting online. Process was super easy and convenient on their website. The gentleman who ran my appointment was attentive and patient! Very knowledgeable of running shoes and what type of shoe would be best based on my running preference.

Kyler and Matt were by far had the best customer service. They were so patience with us. We came 20mins before closing amd they took the time and explained all there options to suit my wife's needs because she's an active runner we come yearly for a new pair but with changes in size activity and confort it changes. We really appreciate them and hope to continue to work woth them in the future! They never made us feel rushed and got us the exact shoes we needed and we love them

The level of customer service at Fleet Feet, in Maitland, is exemplary. They are extremely patient and knowledgeable, not only on the brands, but more importantly in accommodating the needs of your feet. Each team member I have encountered has your best interest in mind. Most recently, Stacy waited on me and personally picked up a different size from the New Smyrna location and called the next day to inform me they arrived. I am a Superfan and will only go to Fleet Feet for athletic shoes.

Great running shoe store. They work hard to help you find the right shoe and are willing to exchange within 60 days if they are not the right fit.

I came in as a walk in and was introduced to Matt. Matt took care of me from start to finish. He was very informative and educated on everything he spoke about. I tried on about 7 shoes. I confidently bought the first pair I tried on. Very happy I chose this establishment to find the perfect pair of shoes for my needs. I highly recommend doing the foot scan as well.

My mother in law had recent foot surgery and was having a hard time finding a comfortable shoes that would fit properly. We stopped by and Matt took his time to find the perfect shoe for her to be comfortable. His extensive knowledge is impressive.

I had an excellent experience here! I have literally been on the hunt for a pair of shoes for months and have tried on multiple pairs of shoes at different shoe places. I have a very complicated foot history.. having had previous surgery. The staff member at fleet feet, I believe his name was Curtis, was an excellent listener.. I told him what my experience has been in trying to find shoes and the challenges that I have with my feet. He picked two or three pairs of shoes for me to initially try on and all of them actually felt pretty comfortable... I couldn't believe it because this was the first time that anything had actually felt comfortable on me in my search for shoes. We eventually narrowed it down to the Altra shoe and I have been wearing them for about 3 weeks now and I am fully adjusted to them. His knowledge about the different shoe brands and specifics about each shoe in general was pretty impressive. I just want to give a shout out to him as he really helped me! :-) thanks so much!!!

My grandson recently started running, so we took him to Fleer Feet to get fitted properly for a pair of running shoes. Matt was incredibly patient my grandson, observed his gate and checked pressure points as to how he stood to affect what type of shoes he got. He then had my grandson Try on at least 12 pairs of shoes until he found one that he was comfortable with. And he said there's a 60 day return policy, that if my grandson did not like the shoes in that timeframe, he could come back to exchange them for a different pair. So, I would highly recommend the store for all of your running/walking needs.
