The pharmacy service was excellent. They are quick, complete, and correct. Thank you, Wayne and all the others.

The people in the pharmacy are always so very kind and helpful despite how busy they consistently are. The checkout staff is helpful up front and the store always has great things and reliable consistent stock of other items.

Ashley and Lynn in the pharmacy was very respectful and helped take care of a billing issue.

Clean store, friendly staff, and a lot of different brands of makeup.

Employees are knowledgeable, caring, and always quick to help.

My grandmother and I came into the store to look for a certain lotion. The manger looked it up in the system and told us that they no longer carried that product. He then went out of his way to tell us where we could find it. He was very helpful and kind and we were very impressed with his customer service.

I never write online reviews. And I have had major trouble in past with cvs pharmacies especially in florida. Mostly problems with rude staff and waiting extremely long times only to be told they were out of my medication or did not take my insurance.

However I recently had a very positive experience at this cvs in crystal river. I am on a few medications that basically my life depend on. I spoke on the phone with Ashleah (pharmacy staff) she was very friendly and helpful. She is a great asset to this pharmacy's team. She answered all of my questions and filled my prescriptions promptly and helped me as best she could.

I hope cvs will continue to hire friendly and helpful pharmacy team members like Ashleah. Thank you
