From the supervisors to the cashiers, everyone is amiable and willing to assist with anything. Excellent client support!

Enormous store compared to the Niceville Winn-Dixie. Wonderful assortment of fresh vegetables, meats, and international foods. They have a good selection of gluten-free for those with allergies to wheat. They have regular BOGOs of name brand and store brand products. The loyalty program (points) is great, offering dollars off total purchase when enough are saved. Clerks at the registers will ask if you want to use points and will advise you on when they will expire so you don't lose out on your discounts.

They had all the items I was looking for.
Checkout was Real HUMAN cashiers and plenty of them.

I generally like Winn-Dixie's, and while I like this one, others are better. This one seems to not carry the same assortment of products that others do. The store is clean but often out of products. The employees are helpful and nice.

We frequent this store due to location but the staff is remarkable as well. Everyone from the managers to the cashiers are always friendly and there to help with anything. Top notch customer service!

Some items trend to be pricey but for the most part they fall align with most chain stores. VERY FRIENDLY staff who are willing to help you find what you are looking for. Produce, sometimes, isn't the best but, for the most part can be obtained with acceptable shelf life after you get home.

Great store! I was delighted at how polite and professional the staff and management are! I am from out of state and like to bring my own reusable bags to reduce plastic use and I have been treated very rudely at other stores, but was greeted with smiles while checking out. I found everything I needed and had zero issues while shopping here.

Good size store, neat and clean with good variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Iconic chain grocery store of the south; glad they are still around.

I get all my prescription here and I just absolutely love the service here I can be having a bad day and actually walk out of there with a huge smile cause of the friendly service I received there so in my opinion if u don't walk out of there with a smile then u need to see a doctor

Mr.Clemence in Pharmacy is ana angel and . Life saver. His commitment to his duty Beyond incredible and honest. His integrity toward his job and to help people is amazing. He provided medication after they were closed down and it was probably his last few minutes to leave for home. The lady at customer service is also very friendly. Great staff. Thank you.

Our Winn-Dixie is just terrific; I've been shopping there for decades. Today's visit was a GREAT BOGO shopping trip featuring REAL value throughout the store.

One thing to compliment is W-D's obvious refocusing on fresh fruit and produce. What a great variety and ALL top quality. Bravo!!!

This store is easy to navigate. The aisles are very wide to give you a calm shopping experience. All the departments are kept in top shape. Produce has an excellent selection, lots to chose from at great prices. Meat & seafood department's selection is exceptional. Amazing savings & high quality service. Great shopping experience! This store will not disappoint!

First time shopping in Winn Dixie in a long time. Prices seem no better or worse than anywhere else. Only problem I had was I don't know the layout so I walked by what I needed a couple times before finding it. That was meant to be humorous not a slight on Winn Dixie. I foresee more trips there as we are picking up the kids from school in that parking lot. I do like that the store shows spirit for Crestview High School.

Winn-Dixie has the best customer service of every store I have ever been. Its obvious that customer satisfaction os their priority. The produce always looks and smells amazing, and you cannot beat the deals. Some products are pricey, but I for one would rather not sacrifice customer service for falling prices. Every single employee is on the same page when it comes to being friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they find out for you.

Great people. The employee culture of this store must be decent because they always seem to have friendly, helpful employees. The antithesis of Wally World. Prices are fair and the deli is awesome. Been to alot of Winn Dixies in NW Florida from P'cola to Marianna. All are good but ours here in Crestview is special. If they're cookin' ribs out front, the its Winn Dixie time. Get on in there and get you some. Get your fingers greasy. Get it all over your face. Mmmm.

I really like the rewards program Offered here at Winn-Dixie. You’re able to spend money and they give you money back to spend on groceries later.Good selection of Keto foods. I love that they carry my favorite Kumbatcha.

Today this store was well lit, clean, and the customer service was excellent. I recognized the store manager from the Winn Dixie on Beal Pkwy so the excellence in the store is no surprise. If you ever have a problem you can depend on him to make it right.

Winn dixie prestige ice cream is the best ice cream around. I come here for their produce as well, better quality than Wal-Mart. Their hot bar is really delicious too. Good employees are the icing on the cake.

Update: Always friendly employees. We really enjoy the hometown feel of this establishment.
