Bought a 40- gallon, Bradford electric water heater from Charlie's used Appliances & Furniture.
The tank & elements looked brand new. I tested elements with multi-meter they were good. When we hooked it up, it heated right up. Still shocked at his price for this electric water heater😊 I got a GREAT deal!!
I walked around & looked at everything there & his items are clearly over $500, but he sales them around $40 to $300. Go look for yourself & YOU will be SHOCKED at what you find!🌞 I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

Charlie was super helpful and we were able to find a washer,dryer, stove, and refrigerator for our house. We will be back to look at some furniture he had there as well. Love doing business with local business owners.
