The sales associate, Gary, was both very friendly and helpful. He listened to what we needed and offered good advice.

He took all possible steps, including post mix drying for comparison to make sure what we received was good.

I went into this store a few days ago to buy some paint and was just absolutely blown away. A stunning, young gentleman named Caleb helped me pick the perfect paint for my kitchen. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and handled 3 customers at the same time. Such efficiency. Such courage. If I moved to Australia, I’d still fly back to this very store if I ever needed paint. 10/10 would recommend and also 11/10 would marry Caleb.

We have painted three rooms in our new house (a bathroom and two bedrooms) and we've used SW for them all. The previous owners left the paints they used, and while I won't name names, none of the other rooms look as good as the ones we've redone with SW. If you take advantage of their sales, they are not much more expensive than other leading brands, and the quality is more than worth it.

At this location, the staff really seal the deal. I've been helped by Connor and Caleb, who are both so friendly and genuine. It's rare that people who work retail/customer service are that nice. They'll put your mind at ease and help until you feel comfortable about your project, which was important for me as a first-time painter. I'll definitely be back very soon. (Bonus points for letting me bring my puppy in!)

I came here almost every day for over a week to find the perfect color and finish. Caleb was awesome and helped us get what we needed. Will be coming back just for him. Great service!

We have been Sherwin-Williams customer for years. Their Emerald line is the best interior paint I've ever used. Caleb helped us at this location and his customer service was great!

These guys are outstanding. Abe, the manager fixed a problem for me, and gave me some great advice to make my painting project perfect. Whatever you need for paint, you can get it here, and with a smile and friendly attitude.

My son and niece each plan to paint the interior of their homes...I have recommended Shitake and a couple of others to them both. Always friendly and helpful, plus conveniently located. You don't have the one stop shopping of a big box store, but then again, the person giving you paint advice actually knows a lot about paint.
