My son goes here and is learning how to shop for his own groceries. If he doesn't know where something is all the staff is so friendly. He is kind of shy and sometimes has a hard time telling them exactly what he needs. Always patient they help him. I have spoken to the management in the store countless times; just by walking by. I support this store as much as I can and its excellent, loving staff. The Deli ladies have a special place in my heart for how sweet they are with my son and yes, they know him by name. How do they know? They asked him and introduced themselves. In the spirit of my son, "You did a good job!" Thank you all so much!

I love this place. Always clean from the floor too the bathrooms . There deli food is great. I like the chicken tenders! The fried chicken not so much. I believe they triple bread their Fried Chicken. Too other then that it's a Go

I absolutely love this store! The employees are great and so are the products... I'm so glad to finally have one close to home.

We have always gone to Publix for their fantastic subs, but Danielle at the sub counter for this location absolutely blew our minds! Absolutely fantastic customer service and highly entertaining conversation, the subs we ordered even surpassed the level of quality we always expect from Publix. Wonderful job, thank you and keep up the good work Danielle!

(Side note: Bring a copious amount of napkins with you if eating in your vehicle! Haha)

It’s always a pleasure shopping at this Publix. Donna is an absolute delight. She never fails to put a smile on my face each morning. The only thing I’d change about this location is that it doesn’t have a self-checkout so when it gets busy and I only have one or two items, it takes a bit longer to get out of there.

I was assisted by James, a manager there. James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and everything wonderful. Thank you so much James for all your assistance and persistence.

It has some of the highest quality items but do remember that comes with a higher price.

Publix is advertising 10% discount for Veterans Day for Friday Nov 10 and Saturday Nov 11th. 2023. Went there today asked about the discount and was told today wasn't Veterans day and the cashier didn't know anything about any discount. Seems like Publix is running a scam. Advertise a Veterans discount, get Veterans pouring in, then claim don't know anything about it. Always thought Publix as a good place to shop but seems that maybe not true.

Great Publix. Clean, the crew are all friendly, and willing to help any way they can. Been going to this store for 26 years.

We had our tailgate order cancelled last minute by 2 other Publix in the area. Placed the order online for this location, called later to confirm they had received it. Spoke with Hailey and she was so very helpful and advised me one of the sandwich trays might be delayed bc of a bread order. She assisted me in adjusting the order to make sure it would be ready in time and then called me twice to let me know the order was in deed ready early! Our order was fresh, sandwiches were loaded and delicious!
While the “other” Publix in Gainesville may be more convenient, the service I received here from Hailey will make this one our go to for future gamedays!

I love Publix supermarkets. The sub that I got today after the Breast Cancer Walk, the bread was a bit hard, but the sub itself was really good.
