I had an experience with a certain AM//PM I'll say in this city. The owner/franchise person drove by and seen me just standing outside of Her store? Just think of the non Irony of this. She call the store from to tell her employee to ask me to leave her store. A true story it only happens to be February now. Ya know how that made me feel. Mr Lennon of John had a song Imagine. Well that was from 4 years ago. Walking into any Fry's store it's not a great thing for me. So I rebuke Fry's. U don't know what it's like if ya don't have 2Black parents. Like me? Discriminate on yourself first? Thanks ya read this? !

Great customer service great prices and great products, better than most if you want to pay less for gas ⛽ come on into this store guaranteed you will not be disappointed and you will leave with smile, best store I have come across.

Norma was working on Christmas around 1pm and she was working very hard and
was very nice! Thankyou very much Norma for going above and beyond to give us great service!

There's a cashier there named myriam she has great customer service also always asks me if theres anything else I need. I will continue to come here😘🤗

If you don't know by now they always have the lowest gas prices in town.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I came here today 03/01/2024 at 12:15 pm and the manager who is working her shift today obviously seems to hate her job. Not only did the pump outside NOT let me pump gas but also charged my account over $100 for gas I never received. When going inside to speak to the manager not only did she not acknowledge us as she was too busy speaking with someone else about their personal life, but within 5 seconds of explaining the issue she immediately copped an attitude towards us and proceeded to ignore our concerns and what was going on. We had to explain in English and Spanish to her and she continued to not seem to care what was going on. She was rolling her eyes. Giving rude comments and trying to make it seem as if we were stupid for being concerned about a $180 charge for gas being taken from our account. If this job isn’t for you and you want to sit and talk about ur personal issues rather than DO YOUR JOB!!! maybe you need a different job and definitely should not be a manager. Not only that but as I’m walking out upset she proceeds to give her snarky remarks and dumb comments. Great customer service from the managers at this location. What a joke. Lol

To the lady cashier who got to work today December 1 around 8 :00p.m -8:30p.m. If your having a bad day sweetie don't take it out on your customers. I've been coming to this gas station for years ever since I moved here to Tucson, have gotten to know the employees and everything has always been good, except tonight. I walk into the store with my partner after reading a hand written sign that's taped on the door which reads "NO WALKERS" I Ignore the sign not understanding exactly what it meant. Before I'm even completely inside the store I hear the employee start telling my partner and I that we aren't allowed inside because walkers aren't welcomed anymore after an incident that took place 3 days ago. He continues to ok inform us that 3 days prior some individuals walked in and broke some of the windows, stole some items and even drew out a knife and threatened the cashier that was working at the time. I was really upset to hear what had happened but to what extent is this ridiculous punishment going to go. Really no one that is on foot now can go make a purchase? This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed by corporate asap!!

Bathroom always out of order. The cashier refuses to supply soap to wash hand. He says there is only water in a sink which defeats the purpose of avoiding Covid and spreading Covid. Saddest AMPM I've ever seen. They won't even hire a security guard.

This store reeks, first thing that hits you when you walk in and no wonder, the machines are filthy and stagnant with paper signs taped everywhere. I'd be afraid to ask for gas here the employees are rude and un-helpful and do not honor coupons/promotions. This place should be closed for code violations alone, and from the looks of other reviews, none to soon.

I was just there yesterday and I paid for gas and got cash back, checked my bank statement and I got screwed. They charged me twice, this is not the first time it's happened. When I went to tell the manager about it she didn't care at all. Very unprofessional and rude!!

The worker be hind the counter was very rude and you can't walk in there unless you have a vehicle so they don't want money from people that don't have a car so don't go to this location

After 2020 and just LIFE these workers are lazy at attending customers past 8pm they either hide lock the door or make excuses your better off letting these people lose they're job and paying at Costco down the street.
