Super Paw Pack

This is an amazing company to deal with!! I recently ordered a collar and harness for my fur baby and they arrived quickly. The product is amazing quality and is stunningly vibrant! Unfortunately the collar was a little small (even though I measured). I had emailed them about an exchange and not only was the response timely, but they were incredibly helpful. They offered to send me a larger size and asked that I donate the smaller collar to an animal in need. The replacement collar came super fast and we ended up taking the smaller one to the SPCA. I will gladly support this company in the future and I hope that others do the same.

Nicole from Super Paw Pack has helped me find everything I could need for my pup’s gear needs and I’ve been so pleased with the products and Nicole’s expertise. My French bulldog now has a couple of complete harness/leash/collar/poopbag sets (“Street Art / Comic” & “Diva / Pink Leopard”) as well as a bunch of cooling bandanas because she tends to overheat in the Arizona summer weather! The products are so cute, and reversible, and the style of the harnesses in particular create a perfect-fit so my pup can’t back out of the arm/leg spots like with other harnesses on Amazon.

Also, while my son was in town visiting, we started training our 2 year old pups with Nicole. Both our dogs were already great at some things, but they definitely had a lot to benefit from training. Nicole customized the training for each pup, it definitely didn’t ever feel like a one-size-fits-all approach, everything was thought out and considered for each pups individual needs. I loved that she didn’t use any kind of punishments or shock collar training, every step along the way was to build deeper relationships with our dogs to enhance tools and techniques and the training sessions were fun for humans and pups alike! Frenchies have a stubborn streak but they’re smart as a whip, so it was amazing to see my dog come out of her shell and become more responsive, Nicole said this was because we were finding ways to deepen my pup’s trust. I feel even closer to my baby now than I did before and she’s learned so many transferable skills. We’ve gone on walks as a “pack” and usually my pup has to check out every distraction that comes her way. I think this was because she wants to protect me while we’re out, but this kind of reactive behavior isn’t really good for either of us, so we worked on noticing but ignoring these kinds of distractions and now we can take walks without her pulling the leash! My husband mentioned after getting home from a work trip that he feels like she’s a whole new dog, and that’s so validating for me and gives me so much pride to know we’re helping her live the fullest life she can. Nicole is a God-send, and I am so excited to keep training to see what else she’ll be able to do!

I only have the highest praise to report for Super Paw Pack. I worked with Nicole for all my puppy’s gear needs and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I now have 2 complete harness/leash/collar/poopbag sets (“Diva / Pink Leopard” & “Tattoo / Urban City Scapes”) as well as a handful of other accessories like cooling bandanas and a few other collars while I build out her Super Paw Pack wardrobe because these are top of the line! They are very comfortable for my Frenchie, so stylish, and reversible so you’re basically getting 2-in-1! The material is cool and breathable, the designs are fun and high quality, and most importantly, they fit my dog comfortably with no added stress for leash-pulling or Frenchie breathing difficulties.

Additionally, I started training my 2 year old Frenchie with Nicole. She utilized positive-reinforcement methods only, (no punishments or shock collars) and used relationship-building techniques as she said that training with dogs is similar to teaching humans - we all learn differently, and when learning is fun, we get a deeper understanding of the material - this turned out to be totally true! Frenchies are known for their stubbornness but I saw my dog become more responsive and she deepened her trust and focus on me as her handler when we were “working”. My puppy is my baby and the apple of my eye, so I’ve been nervous to formally train her on a lot of things that I deemed “extra” because I want to keep the sweet, fun closeness that we share; me barking orders at her just didn’t seem worth it to me, but because we approached this in a way that built up our relationship, I feel closer to her now than I did before and she thrives having the added structure. The “extra” things that seemed just like tricks or unnecessary to her overall behavior have actually turned out to be so useful because the skills are being expanded into other helpful abilities. Now when she notices other dogs or excited people while we’re on walks, she checks in with me visually first to see if I permit her to engage with them - and if I don’t, she leaves them alone! This truly revolutionized her social character, we have had a number of trainings over the course of three weeks, but I was diligent to practice the skills taught in training every day. She’s always been #1 in my book, but now she’s a rockstar. I can’t recommend Nicole and her training services and programs highly enough!
