Product was installed within the original time estimate. It looks great and is performing as expected. The installation process took some extra effort from The Warm Store due to propane line issues, but they were diligent in getting same day resolution. I would have no reservations to recommend doing business with this company.

Chris, Connie, and Steve were phenomenal to work with. If we had known that our wood stove purchase and installation would go this smoothly, we would have got one a lot sooner! Had them come out to refurbish the fireplace in the place we bought. It looked really bad and we wanted to replace the gas unit with something more high end. They did an amazing job bringing it back for less than 200 dollars. Great communication and really top notch service, highly recommend.

Outstanding knowledgeable technician. He went out of his way to come back and service a second fireplace in between appointments so I could get it all done in one day even though he wasn't scheduled to do so. Both fireplaces look outstanding and I can use the second one (it hasn't worked for years) after he explained how the remote and internal switch work together and once it was cleaned.

Did amazing work. Fixed our issue with the thermopile and even cleaned the fire place after all the service was finished. Would definitely use them again. Worth the wait!

I highly recommend The Warm Store. Our gas fireplace is pretty old and we're just hoping to get a few more years out of it before it has to be replaced. It was acting up and not starting. A few months back Chris came out to our house and took it apart, cleaned it and made some adjustments. He put it all back together and it worked fine for a few months. I called him again to take a look at it because it started doing the same thing as before. He again took it apart and found that a wiring issue was the problem and repaired it for no charge. It is working great now. Another company looked at it before I first contacted Chris and they wrote it off and said the whole fireplace would need to be replaced without hardly looking at it. If I do eventually have to replace it I will definitely be calling The Warm Store. Thank you Chris!

I appreciate Chris' flexibility and willingness in working around my unusual schedule to get our annual service call in as well resolve an issue with the remote thermostat. I've worked with the Warm Store for several years now and they are always top notch.

I had my fireplace serviced, the service men were friendly and did a great job. They removed their shoes, used a tarp, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend using them.

We originally asked them to do a gas fireplace insert, but Covid-19 delayed the project. Chris discussed the project with us this Summer and suggested a gas fireplace instead of an insert. This was a much better plan. New fireplace works great. Chris does very good work and has responded promptly to our questions. Highly recommended.
