Ellen is great at designing documents to be printed. My organization has found their printing prices to be more affordable than our previous local printer.

Great prices and services. The staff seems friendlier, better trained and more professional than the post office. I have confidence in their ability to deliver what they say they can.

This is the easiest store to ship packages. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous and my packages always arrive on time. I especially like the fact that they remember all the addresses that I send to so I don’t have to!

I appreciate the fact that they are open until 7pm! Perfect for when you have to drop something off after work. The gentlemen working in the store were so welcoming and efficient! The store is also incredibly clean. All around great experience!

I have always had exceptional service at this location. Knowledgable and friendly staff, lines are never too bad (in my experience). Every employee I’ve dealt with has been awesome. But today… Alan was my hero. I had shipped a package out earlier in the day as a return for some other company. The other unnamed company required me to get a more detailed receipt than I originally received… Alan was able to get me the more detailed receipt all over the phone and to my email. He really went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful! Definitely always recommend this place for all your shipping needs.

This store has become go-to place for returns, special shipping and copies. The people working there are friendly, helpful and informative. They work quickly and efficiently but don't rush me through without being sure they've met my needs. Plus, they make each experience a pleasant one: They make me feel like a valued customer, no matter how big or small the job is.

I purchased some clothes from the UK and didn't realize I had to pay a lot of $$$ to return them. The staff and manager at UPS gave me some great ideas, including NOT returning the items and selling them online. They gave up a sale to provide me with the best option for myself. I am super impressed and will continue to bring my business here!!!

Have been a regular customer there for more than 2 years. No matter how big or small the need, Nicole and staff always are super efficient and helpful. She worked with my short time frame request last week with a mountain of estate planning docs to be notarized, copied and mailed. All so I could get to work on time. Love this place!

The store is great. The packing and shipping is great. And the people behind the counter are very friendly. The UPS insurance sucks. It takes forever to collect. Ellen is a fantastic store manager and the employees are very helpful.

Very positive experience. They actually helped me custom design and cut my business cards. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but they weren't anything stock. I came up with a crazy, over-sized design that no one else would touch and they made it happen, no problem. It was quick and I would use again.

We have had a PO box at this store for years. It is extremely convenient for us. The store can often be busy. However, the staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to us and the other customers I've witnessed them serving.

I had an emergency requiring me to go out of town suddenly and needed the help of the staff at this UPS store. When I called by phone to see if they could help, I was told, "come in right now...we'll make sure you're taken care of. And they did! Both women at the counter were absolutely fantastic. This was fantastic customer service and I greatly appreciate it.
