The location at golf links and kolb is WONDERFUL. I am a small artist that's mailed various art pieces around the country. As one would assume, art is fragile and can easily get damaged in transit. Every customer I have remarks how well things are packaged, and my art arrives pristine. My latest art piece went clear across the country to New Jersey, and my customers exact words were "I have never seen something packaged so well, this is much appreciated." I'd also like to add this was my first time mailing a delicate watercolor in a glass frame. If you're an artist and you're concerned about mailing art, USE THIS LOCATION.

This store is a great find. From a standpoint of convenience… there’s nothing better out there. There’s the confidence of having a giant company like UPS guaranteeing your shipment. BUT WHAT’S MOST IMPORTANT TO ME, IS THE FRIENDLY COURTEOUS SERVICE I ALWAYS RECEIVE!! Kudos to all at THE UPS STORE. So grateful you’re close by🙏🏻

The staff is always wonderful, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about pricing, how to pack up items, etc.

It's also very clean and well laid out. Definitely my go-to for a UPS store on the North East side of town.

I use this UPS store frequently. It is always a pleasure because the employees make everything go so smoothly. They always help if there's something I need, or don't know about.Matt has been a constant in this store for a very long time, and I appreciate his help. I've seen him with other customers and he is always polite and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer leaves happy. Customer service is very important to me, having been in retail most of my life. I have had to use a different UPS store twice over the years, and it is the great customer service that keeps me coming back to this store, even though I live closer to a different shipping store.

I went in yesterday with my daughter to print out some coloring pages she has been wanting since our printer isn't working and she has an extra long weekend this week. I honestly had no clue how it was supposed to be done when going there but Matt, I believe his name was, and the other sweet lady on shift with him helped me so much. I simply had to save the pictures, and then attach and email them to the email they provided. They took care of the sizing, printing, and even gave my daughter a big, sturdy envelope to put them in so they didn't blow away in the wind. It was very windy out yesterday too. They were also just very sweet, professional, and amazing employees who made us feel comfortable, acknowledged, and taken care of. Very happy with our visit to this UPS location, which is conveniently located next to us, and will definitely be going here for any future needs and recommending to others. I hope the two that helped us yesterday will, at some point, be recognized for the great employees they are if they haven't already. Thank you guys for the great customer service! It's truly appreciated and recognized!

The UPS store went above and beyond!!! Love them! I had to return one of those easy up tent things and we had to fit it into the original packaging. I was like trying to put a baby back in the womb! But Sarah helped me for several minutes trying to get it back in. I couldn’t have done it without her. She’s a fantastic member of the team and went above and beyond! I’ll be back to this store location from now on!!!

I have been using this store for many years. I ship samples all over the country without any problems. Every employee is polite they know me by name and always know my account number even the new employees. Matt has suggested when it’s a good idea to buy shippers insurance and 100% of the time he has been correct. I will not go anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone.

This UPS store sets the standard for the rest of the UPS stores I've been too. I had to ship a large box and FedEx wouldn't do it since it was a USPS label. I took it to UPS, gave them the label and box, and they said I was all set.

It took less than 1 minute compared to FedEx which took at least 10 minutes.

Further, I had to send some paperwork via mail, but the guy (I don't remember his name unfortunately) but he recommended to fax it out, especially since it was quicker.

I had to send this paperwork as soon as possible.

This UPS store save me so much time and stress. They made my transactions much smoother and went above and beyond with customer service.

I highly recommend this store and the store associates will do everything they can to ensure any needs you have are taken care of.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoy my interactions with the employees of this store.

Kathy was super helpful with the notary form I needed completed. She was very nice and professional. The store was clean. It wasn’t very busy when I came to the store but got busy after I Kathy had started to help me. Kathy addressed everyone as they came in. She didn’t get overwhelmed or flustered. Highly recommend this store for any shipping/notary needs.

Matt Manley was extremely helpful in deciding what size package I should purchase for my contents to be shipped. He also went over all the shipping charges and the time it would take to arrive. It was extremely busy, so I'm grateful he could spend some time and give excellent customer service. Thank you for the positive experience
