I ordered pants from their online shop and they sent me the wrong color. Then when I emailed them twice, they never responded. I called and left a voice mail which they never called back. I have been happy with my purchases in person, but I would recommend never buying from their online shop, as $68 is too much to spend for a clothing item when you don't even know what you're going to get.
