American Eagle & Aerie Store

Always have had great customer service here. Megan is the sweetest and always checks in on the customers to make sure they’re doing good. When I came in for an exchange for a bigger size, the employee I talked to first didn’t think they had it but then when I got to the fitting room, Megan checked for me and found my size! So thankful for her!

I came into this store probably 30 minutes before closing. I was looking for leggings, which I never feel confident in. The 3 women working were all extremely helpful and kind. I haven’t had such a positive shopping experience in a long time. Thank you to the ladies that were working tonight!

If you need jeans that fit, I highly recommend AE.

Much better service, don't know what exactly has happened but I love shopping at this store. My home uniform, college student's flight uniform along with our underclothes all AE is very good quality.

Had another fantastic experience here with some awesome employees! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming, they are attentive but not suffocating. I love how they take the time to open a dressing room for you and lay out all your clothes nicely, and the call button is THE BEST because you don't have to keep getting dressed to go grab another size. The prices may be high but the experience is well worth it. I take the time to tell people about the good experiences I have here! Whoever is doing the hiring and training is killing it, keep up the great work you guys <3

Tonight while shopping with my mother in law and sister we had the best time!!! While we were shopping and trying clothes on we were helped by the sweetest girl Anyssa! She did such a wonderful job knowing the right sizes, helping with styling, and making us feel so comfortable and beautiful with the outfits we were trying on! She was so helpful and we would absolutely come back and have her helps us again!!! Girl you rock!

Micah was awesome!! So fun and very helpful. Whole team was nice and always checked on me to make sure I was finding everything okay. Store is always clean and organized. Such a fun staff. Didn’t have to wait for fitting room or wait in line (not that waiting is ever an issue but just thought I’d throw that out there) love this location (: wish they never closed the flagstaff one.

I had such an awesome experience at this store! Glenda (sp?), one of the store managers chatted me up and we really hit it off. Pretty soon, all the employees were asking me about my summer trip to Cambodia and found me some awesome clothes! I really appreciated the personal experience! Highly recommend this store and their employees!

I came in looking to buy a new bra, and I was blown away by the customer service I received. Kayla is the sweetest, most helpful associate! She worked with me for probably a half hour to make sure I found the absolute perfect fit and style for me. I ended up purchasing 2 bras because they are soo comfortable and cute! I highly recommend shopping at this location. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff! Things are a bit pricey but very excellent quality so you are definitely getting what you pay for. They do have deals and a clearance section. There are so many choices for bras and bralettes, colors, styles and fit. Goes from size XS to XL. I have sports bras from almost 8 years ago that still fit well and are not worn out whatsoever, and I use them all the time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the camis and everything I bought from American Eagle lately! Fits perfect and such cute styles! I want to give a big shout out to Nichole Collen for all her help as I’ve never been much in to style until recently and she has been awesome!

I have always been a fan of AEO and their products for the longest time, and it seems that they have everything an indie/hipster/aesthetic lover may need that they don't already have. The staff has always been more than enthusiastic to help me get what I need. love the redesign they're implementing in the stores and will definitely be coming back.

I adore this Aerie location, it's so cozy and welcoming. I love the attire and subtle yet sexy designs they have to offer. The fitting rooms are so fun! I came in on 1/31/17 looking for clearance undies (which Aerie has the best) and as soon as I came in Lillie was attentive and welcoming by offering help as well as a basket. I really hope this Aerie stays put. The only downside is I hope they offer more things in-store as they do online!

I love this location! The manager Glenda was so helpful during my last visit when I needed to exchange a Christmas gift that was damaged. She took care of the situation professionally and in a friendly manner. All the girls working were very nice and helpful! I always enjoy going to this AE and will definitely be going back. Rylee was so wonderful. She's such an angel. She went above and beyond to make my experience at this store great. Its people like Rylee that keep these stores in business. I will buy all my jeans here from now on just because of the way Rylee treated me.

I had the best experience in AE today. OMG the staff is amazing at arrowhead mall. The girls literally go above and beyond to help you find the perfect fit.
