Fantastic shop in a very beautiful location. The owner is extremely nice, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of gifts for any budget.

This is a really neat shop. The best part is digging through the mine dump in the back and out front to find your own treasures and then pay by the weight. Ask for a tray to use and start digging through the bins out in the front of the building, and don't forget to ask if the back is open and then head on through the back door to the backyard. I found so many neat things from here. The staff are wonderful as well and always happy to answer questions or help you find something special.

I keep forgetting to review this lovely place!! Staff is always super friendly and helpful, I have a geologist family member who always comes to check out this shop when he visits. It's been a tradition for about five years now. Lots of neat stuff to see.

Scott is full of knowledge about the gems and the local area. He has a great story to share. Hours 9-4 7 days a week!

Amazing place to visit.. at over 57 years continuous operation you won't find a more established shop. If you get to meet Richard, he is a great guy to chat with to learn about minerals or local history.

Such a cool shop, the people working there are so kind and they have a wide variety of specimen pieces to look through. For sure a must stop shop if you are visiting Tucson.

Great place. I've driven past this place for 40 plus years and finally stopped by. Wowsers it sure isn't what you'd think it is. This place is awesome. Lots to see and the guys working there rock lol no pun intended.. I sure will be back for more.

I would rate this more than 5 stars if I could! Great collection of rocks and fossils. The owners were so kind to my kids and gave us a great deal on our purchases. If we're ever in Tucson again, we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

Scott was so kind and helpful. I have been to hundreds of gem stores and this was by far the best one. They had vintage jewelry, specimens, gems, minerals, and everything in between. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone around Tucson.
