Great experience in store. Payton was a huge help in making the transfer between phones as well as adding in a new watch. Great help though the whole entire process.

Payton was my Verizon worker today and I now I have good thoughts about Verizon.
I am not techy smart but he was very patient and helped me through all the issues and did not rush me because he wanted me to understand. Now you can understand why my rating for Payton 's help is very high. I will say good things about the service received today.

Isaac Owen and josh macabre are absolutely amazing!!!!!! My husband and I are older and clueless with technology. Both of these amazing gentlemen stayed an hour over closing time to help us out. They helped us set everything up that we needed, helped us find the cheapest plan while still giving us everything we need in a cell phone service. We will never go anywhere else as long as these two A+ associates are there!!!! The absolute best!!!!!

My SIM card had stopped working in my phone and I visited another Verizon store in the area yesterday. They informed me that my phone needed to be upgraded, but I politely declined and left to think about my options.

Today, was a different story! I had my SIM card changed and working in no time. I Would highly recommend this store and Cody.
