Huge shoutout to Amelia Petco Grooming! I had the best experience and just needed to share! So petco has a rewards program where if you take your dog for so many visits you’ll get the 8th groom free! Well my rewards app hasn’t been working since I’ve downloaded it and I just gave up on trying to get it to work. Well today their manager asked me if I had the rewards app and I explained how the app would not let me use it, and she went above and beyond for me! She called customer service and told them about the situation and then she counted how many visits I’ve had for Gus and today would have been my free grooming so despite my rewards app not working, she gave me Gus’s grooming for free and she also gave us a $10 credit. Also not only did the grooming manager go above and beyond but Gus’s groomer did as well, she took such great care of Gus and even added on an extra service without the charge. I’m beyond grateful that these girls took such great care of my fur baby and also me! So if you need an awesome groomer go to Petco in Amelia, they are the best!!

Very clean inside the store. Super helpful with customers. Lots of variety of toy's, and food. I also played with some small kittens that were being kept for adoption at that same location. The areas were very clean, and the kittens were being cared for by them as well. Super nice lady! Very caring for the animals in that store. My friend also brought a small domestic snake to the pet store, and after inspection, they took the snake for adoption... we had a great time looking at the little pets for adoption... they kept the cages very clean.

Highly recommend their grooming services! Jayden does an excellent job with my two doodles(I prefer them cut short) and the price is very reasonable considering their size/coat they have. Thanks for getting my pups cleaned up for the holidays!

My 5 star review is for the staff. They’re super kind. Andy has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We recently purchased a bearded dragon and as waiting to get a Betta fish and Andy taught us so much the internet failed to. It’s so nice to speak to someone with experience and patience as we asked so many questions! Thanks again!

They have a great staff! The shelves was neat and nicely stocked, the store was clean. I always have a nice visit to this store. I recommend this store highly.

Great tiny Petco. They do not have a wide selection but it is a good store to go to for food n so forth. If maybe u were setting up an aquarium it's not a bad store. It's a convenient location for this area. Kroger is right near by also.

Petco employee helped me to get the free bag of dog food I was due by calling customer service for me. For some reason I can't load the app on my phone but that is another issue to be dealt with.

Very fun, very stocked store. One of the most adorable cats was up for adoption named Louis, such a sweet kitty. Lots of birds, a whole wall of various fish, more pet food, pet care products, and pet medicine one could hope to look at. Staff are friendly. Not very handicap accessible inside as some isles are blocked by lots of product/displays. Overall 5/5 would visit again

Store was very clean, organized, and the employees were considerate and friendly. Very helpful and knowledgeable for helping me find the products I needed. Even gave suggestions about cat food, and I did try the food on my kitten and he loved it. So thank you Petco for making my family be a part of yours.

Great service. We were looking for something specific for our little dog and a guy stocking the shelves helped us. We thought they were out of it and we were leaving and he found some and stopped us to let us know which was very nice. We were getting ready to drive over to Petsmart so this saved us a trip. Thank you 😊

Andy is the man! He ran all over the store, open boxes, read labels and found the exact product I needed to help our little hyper puppy guest feel less anxious and more at ease during her visit! Thank you so much.
