The best pet shop.
It’s clean, the staff a very friendly and awsome people. Their animals and birds are all healthy. The staff explains everything about the doubts you ask. I am very much satisfied and am happy to go there every time I need to know about my pet.

It's hard to believe my last review was a year ago. Well here I am again leaving a 5 star review for the same employee that assisted me last year. I took my dog to the Vetco for rabies shot and the staff was amazingly helpful and nothing but kind to my dog. Highly recommended!

I have been going here for years and have always had a good experience. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Just recently, i went there with my nervous rescue pup who I'm working with to get more comfortable around people and they were SO understanding and helpful with her. I really appreciate their love and kindness for animals

Clean store, friendly staff. Make a point to try and get you extra savings with their coupons and stuff. Knowledgeable about animals and actually care about how they’re kept/ being sold to homes that will properly care for them.

The staff was super helpful to help bring out my birthday tank to the car. The tank had a nice discount if you are in their rewards program. There is not shortage pf fruitfly cultures if you need to rear your small froglets like my little pal here who is pictured.

When we got our first Boston, I shopped everywhere for her. Because of this location, I only shop Petco and I prefer to even shop in person! Can you believe it? A Millenial not shopping online?!

The entire grooming staff are friendly and so great to work with. We’ve taken our now 3 Boston Terriers to them for over a year and have nothing but great things to say about our experiences.

Working retail isn’t easy and humans can be terrible so kudos to you all for being exceptional.

Standard corporate pet store. They have a good selection of pet care products and small animals. With exception to check out I didn't need staff help, so I can't really report on their help or knowledge.

The Petco in Camillus always carries what I'm looking for. Can be a bit pricey, but is usually worthwhile.

I take my dog here occasionally for a groom. I live near a different petco, but this one he seems to be treated much better at! He is a senior dog with bad separation anxiety as he is adopted. They are always gentle with him, and it takes a very long time for him to get groomed because they give him plenty of breaks to calm him down and relax him! I’ve included a before and after photo to show their skill as well 😄

The grooming team here are so fun and loving to my fur baby… they’re the only reason I keep coming back. Whatever they’re earning for wages I’m sure they’re worth twice as much more… hint hint to corporate!

Leah was awesome! I recently bought a fish tank and was having difficult time with it but Leah was very thorough and explained everything to help me get a better understanding!

New management and new employees are Awesome. I had a problem using a coupon I was awarded. I had to call customer service while I was at the store . The store was closing, Stacey was understanding, Patient, and cashed me out 10 minutes after closing time. She turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one.

Staff was great in helping us pick out our new friend.

The staff in the grooming salon were friendly, polite and great with our pup Nico. They walked him around the salon to get him comfortable and let him sniff around. He came out clean, happy and nub wagging. If he was happy, thats what counts.

I've been coming to this Petco for years. Most of my recent visits have been related to my fish tank and Jen in the fish department is awesome. She's super knowledgeable and gives great advice and recommendations. She's my go-to fish person.

I brought my dog Molly mae a basset hound who needed her nails trimmed and buffed. Alex was great with my pup and they were fast and did a great job on her nails we will be going back the price was great as well...
