To the idiots who leave bad reviews (and no I'm not an employee, but was reading the reviews before I decided to check this place out): Stop buying so much shiet from Amazon just because you have nothing else to do but add things to your shopping cart, and turns out you didn't like it. Of course the store will charge you for tape because tape costs the store money. Idiots, I tell you. Idiots who never graduated from high school and failed economics. They probably don't even know what economics is.

I had an Amazon return and was able to easily drop off my package here. If you’re using your own packaging (not buying the shipping box/envelope from the UPS Store) then you need to use your own packing tape to seal your box. This makes sense though — they’re a business, they need to make money too. The gal at the front was friendly, helpful and efficient!

We had a fantastic experience with the young woman who helped us problem solve getting prints done for a wedding ceremony last minute. She was very patient, helpful, and everything turned out great. Thank you for an amazing experience and helping with our wedding vibe!

One woman was working the counter alone today and was very fast and efficient while still friendly to everyone. Even when another customer berated her for something outside her control she remained professional and polite. Great service!

Because its very fast to send things

I've been going there for quite a while now and never had an issue. If there is ever a wait, another person is usually on their way to assist. Always a quick in and out.

I was doing an Amazon return. I brought my own packaging, it was super quick and the worker was super friendly. Great experience!

The lady who helped me was very fast and polite. I didn't catch her name but she has black hair and very pretty lashes! She worked today I went in around 10:10am. I read the reviews and was expecting the worse service but I recieved the complete opposite. Thanks so much for your smooth service.
