I can see why the reviews were quite high here. There was a line when I came in but the staff were friendly and efficient in taking care of the customers, so the wait was minimal. Plenty of free parking in a fairly quiet neighborhood. I was happy with the service and would definitely return!!

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Very up tone place to do business. I have done Amazon returns, shredding, and printing of my tax returns.

This is one of the best full service packaging and printing centers I have used. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

If you bring in items to ship, they will find the best size box and package your items for you at least cost for size and weight with no additional charge for service. They will print out shipping rates so you can compare costs for ground, air, next day/ 2 days plus for your shipment.

I went in today and was out within 10 minutes. Services include packaging, shipping, copying, computer service, shipping products, private mailboxes and more.

Wheel chair accessible and parking 🅿 close to store front. You can expect a great experience at this location.

This UPS is clean, organize and friendly. They take customers service seriously. No matter if I walk in with 1 or 20 packages they are always happy to help. A worker named Crystal always go’s above and beyond when I come in with lots of packages from my side business and my Amazon returns to ship out. She is so patient with me and go’s through all the packages to make sure everything is right. And she always have a smile on her face when I walk in. She really take the time to talk to me and makes me you feel very valuable as a customer. I highly recommend coming to this UPS

My stop at the ups store was excellent as ever !!! The attendant working, Neha handled a very long line of people really fast and professional. I asked if she was manager, she said no. I said she needs a raise as well as a promotion. She did all of this by herself. Thank you Neha for your service...today being the 20th of October, I once again had the pleasure of being treated like a special person by the lovely attendant Neha. Thank you for helping me today with such professionalism Neha and you really deserve a promotion. Have a good day. Today being the 30th of December was another great visit to the store and yes, omgosh, Neha was there and once again did an excellent job in making certain that I was taken care of with fast professionalism. She idefinitely deserves a promotion. The problem I had was no problem at her to resolve in which the other worker on site...I went in earlier this week and he had no idea as to how to resolve. I'm glad today was a great deal different. Thank you so much Neha.5 stars should be 20...Today bwing the6th of June, 2024 I received excellent service by Neha. She knows everything in regards, there was another young female worker there tgat knew absolutely nothing about what I was there for. She attempted to talk professional but failed by a landslide. I was surprised to see Mrs. Neha not as manager position but glad she was there to once again help me out...please promote her.

I had a really great experience with Neha and Liz! They were very personable helpful knowledgeable & friendly. I really needed photos from my phone but did not know how to navigate & get them. These two ladies rescued me😉🤗! I’m grateful thank you UPS for great staff individuals👌🏽👍🏾!
