Dolce Vita Wine Shop

My spouse and I have been going here for years. We try to make it a point to catch their classes when we can because they are amazing and incredibly informative. Dan does a great job with his shop and always gets the good small batch stuff. You can't get a lot of what he has at the big stores which is why we love coming here. It's so unique and we are so grateful for all the effort in making the shop so wonderful. Sign up for the wine club - we didn't realize there was one until last year. $35 a month and you pick 2 of the 4 wines to take home. Best part is that you can try them before you choose your bottles. Who else does that? Dolce does! Truly one of a kind place.

Great shop Sean the owner is very kind and very knowledgeable about his products. It seems like a little when shop but it has s great selection of of scotch, whiskey, bourbon and others in a variety of prices. Definitely a great place to stop in a look around. Watch out for the hole by the register its a wine chiller!

They have a wide variety of wines and spirits. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly.

So cute and the shop is much larger than it appears from the outside. Great selection of wine, plus some beer, cider and liquor. Wonderful customer service - they'll track your wines too in case you don't remember what you got and loved last time.

I had no idea how amazing this place is! Despite the scary look, embarrassing landscaping, confusing parking lot, and "WINE" signage... I drove by countless times and had no idea that they have a top tier selection of bourbon, whiskey, and craft beer. I was extremely pleased to discover that this is a true gem of a shop for finding rare and exceptional whiskey. If you have discerning taste for quality whiskey and love craft and international beers and give them a look! They have a great whiskey selection from basic to top shelf... Scotch, Japanese, Irish, Bourbons, Local, Regional, European, ETC... awesome.

If you like exploring different Wines to try then this is the one-stop-shop to visit. They have great, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.

Dan and his team always have great recommendations for my clients who love wine. Personally, I'm kind of a "This label looks nice" wine buyer so I rely on the expertise of Dan to really impress the more discerning clients who I buy for and Dan's pick always get me a call back to talk about how much they liked the pick. I wouldn't buy wine anywhere else!

This has been my go-to wine shop for years. A nice and varied selection of wines from the low to moderately-high price points. Nicely curated, albeit limited, selection of beer and spirits as well. Great place.

I go here pretry much for beer and craft hard seltzers only, and the selection is great. Something new every single time, their buyers have very good palates. I rarely walk out of this place without a great new beverage to try.

Dolce Vita is a great wine shop with a wide selection of wines and other spirits. I enjoy the personal service and they keep a record of what you buy so that when you come back, if you can't remember what you loved last time, they can tell you! They are always a great wine shopping experience for me!!

I've driven past Dolce Vita for years not thinking twice. For some reason I decided to drop in last week. Now I feel dumb for driving past for so long... What a fantastic wine shop!!! Great selection and very knowledgeable staff/owner. 100% my go to place for wine from now on. Two thumbs up!!!

That have great wine tastings on Friday evenings. Each time I have been there I have tried a new grape variety and I have expanded my taste in wines. They also save your purchases and can look back on a bottle of wine if you forget.

Dolce Vita Wine Shop is the neatest little wine shop. I am so glad they have been able to preserve the old train depot! They have a wide assortment of great wines, beers and much more. I would recommend if you want to have a fun night out with friends, go to their wine tasting on Friday evenings from 5-8pm. Check it out!!!

This place is a true Gem of downtown Chaska. I love to cook and all of the friendly employees can and do pick the best wines for my meals. They made my dinners a hit. They truly know there liquor and are very reasonably priced. A must stop.

We stopped in to grab a bottle of champagne for a friend whose husband is a Marine and contracted COVID while at work. The shop provided a free bottle for this occasion. We're incredibly grateful. Please support those that support our heroes. Thank you!

Went in there for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. They have all the wines organized in a way thats easy to navigate and the staff is very knowledgeable. I got the pamplemousse grapefruit rose and im absolutely in love with it. I got a strawberry rhubarb wine as well but i didnt enjoy it as much. Anyways. Love it! Go there. They have wine tastings. I forget which day but still :)

Wine tastings every Friday evening! The staff here want you to discover new wines and do a wonderful job of teaching. My wife and I came as very new to wine, but now we know what we like and are challenged to continue opening up our minds to the delicious flavors they consistently bring. This is the epitome of "small town" Chaska friendly.

Love this store!! Great selection of hard to find product. They have a red wine room arranged by region, white wine room arranged sweet to dry, historically significant building... Love it... And of course FRIDAY NIGHT WINE TASTING.
