We went to Mattress Firm of Howell to purchase our first mattress as newlyweds that wasn’t a hand-me-down. Nathan was super knowledgeable about what type of mattress we needed since we had no idea where to start. He made sure we found a mattress that checked all our boxes and fit our budget. He was very patient while we checked out lots of different ones. 10/10 would Recommend Nathan!

My salesman Nathan was extremely knowledgeable about the different choices available to me, After I Gave him an idea what I was looking for.. He also make sure I got the best price possible. Craig was super helpful in helping me select a new mattress he really knows his stuff. Plus it was about half an hour before closing time and was still more than happy to help me pick the right product at the right price and he made sure delivery would be hassle free for me. Craig did a great job helping me and my wife yesterday. He was personable and very knowledgeable on the products. I liked that he gave me and my wife some time without breathing down our throats. In the end we bought a new bed and are excited to try it out once it’s delivered… side note: we went to Gardener White down the road as well beforehand and the customer service there was absolutely terrible. The two sales reps that I talked to wouldn’t even show me the “cheaper” beds and wouldn’t stop telling me how they know better. If you want good customer service go to mattress firm and ask for Craig.

Dave the sleep expert was very knowledgeable about all the beds that were offered in the Mattress Firm display room and worked out a way for me to get the Cal-King within a week rather than the month most showrooms were offering

I bought a beauty rest black c-class medium mattress on presidents day weekend. This review is for mattress firm and not the mattress itself.
I purchased the mattress at the Howell mi grand river store. Kaleb was the sale rep. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The magnitude of how nice they were made itself very clear after going to us mattress down the road. We return to work with kaleb and close the deal on the mattress sale due to our comforts levels while in the store. The space is clean and organized. The stock is a little limited on the showroom floor but they have a good variety to get you focused on what fit your needs. In the end we purchased the mattress we needed, upgraded the base to the full floater and purchased a mattress protector. All this mainly due to the calm down to earth manner of our sales rep Kaleb. When buying a purchase of this amount you want to feel like you are being properly guided to find what suits your needs not hustled into buying the most expensive. I feel Kaleb did just this. Thanks for the nice and easy experience.

Quick and easy assistance! When I first called the store, I spoke to Jaclyn. She was quickly able to find the items I was looking for and even though something I needed help with, she had never been asked about before. She reached out to her peers and got answers. I quickly received a call back with an update that she was able to learn something new to be able to assist me with finishing my purchase. Now, I wait for it all to arrive but I’m sure I’ll sleep so much better with my new Serta mattress. Thank you so much for your help Jaclyn, I really appreciate it!

All I needed was a full size box spring at an affordable price. After going to 3 stores ( no one had full size in stock ) I went to Mattress Firm in Howell. Jaclyn was friendly, personable and a great salesperson! She even walked out with us to make sure we could load box spring into van.I will be going back again. And the price was awesome!

The sales agent was amazing. Helped me find what I wanted and was a delight to chat with. I felt like she put my interests above trying to sell me something different. We have bought ten mattresses from here and never had anything short of a great experience.
