Our truck towing a U-Haul had the power steering pump fail in the canyon on 70. We lost power steering and brakes. Somehow made it to Napa alive and they were extremely friendly and pointed us in the direction of Dusty with DG Garage who was amazing. He had us back on the road in just 2 hours and charged us a fraction of the price that anyone else would have. If you have a DIY go to NAPA for excellent service. If you can’t DIY the repair call Dusty.

We were traveling through, and having some issues with a code on our vehicle, and the folks here were awesome!! They were so helpful and even let my husband borrow a few tools to fix the issue!! Thank you all so much! It’s good to know there is still helpful friendly people in this world!!

We were just passing through town and the guys in the shop took the time to help us find what we needed and helped us get it into the car. Everyone in the shop was extremely kind.

I was in a bind and these guys really helped me out. The alternator on my truck seized while we made a pit stop at Loves (en route from CA to CO). It was about 10 minutes before Napa closed on Saturday. I called and verified they had it in stock, explained my situation and then asked if they could deliver the alternator to me. They arrived with the part about 5 minutes after we hung up on the phone. Then they stayed open about 30 minutes late so I could get a replacent belt.

These guys saved me a giant headache!
