For anyone that reads my reviews you will notice I will give you my opinion on the store or business or products etc. What I always focus on is customer service. It is the number one reason you succeed or fail as a business. Times have changed but I feel more than ever customer service is lacking. Things are expensive and people expect a kind shopping experience from a friendly face. That leads me to this point, the products, prices and decor are wonderful but the SERVICE I received from the two gentlemen at OG yesterday was AMAZING. Kind and engaged made my visit and my day. Thank you gentlemen for what you do. 👍🏼
