Mattress by Appointment Adrian MI

Was a little hesitant on a “by appointment only” store, as I just wanted to try out mattresses with the wife with no salesman pressure tactics. But we made an appointment anyway and went to the store yesterday. Jon was very helpful, no high pressure sales techniques, but was actually very thorough in explaining all his knowledge on each individual mattress. We got to try each one, while he explained the features and materials of them, and compared to others. We found the mattress we both liked, and he had many different pillows for us to try as well. Ended up buying a new mattress, 2 new pillows, a sheet set and a mattress protector, when he overheard my two younger children arguing about who would get dads old pillow, since I got a new one. He then told my son and daughter they could both grab one of the pillows from the shelf, for free.

All around amazing experience. This morning was the first in probably 6-9 months that I didn’t wake up with either hip or knee pain. Love our new bed, as well as the experience. We will never buy another mattress any place else.

Jon was great! Made time to see my wife and I this evening. Listen to all our questions and concerns. Made sure to get us the mattress that met our needs in a timely matter. If you need a mattress go and see Jon for a great mattress at a great price! Thank you so much Jon!

Jodi was amazing, great experience, fantastic knowledge of products, great prices. I was able to explain to her how I sleep, she knew right away what I needed! They also offer pillows and more, the pillows she picked out are fantastic, especially to all us side sleepers. She also has everything to protect and preserve your mattress! Will shop here from now on!

Jody was so helpful and assistive from the moment we walked in the door. After delivery, that she fully coordinated, she checked with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Which it was.
In this day and age, full customer service is so rare She has been a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with my purchase and experience. Having to make an appointment is helpful because I was guaranteed to get the best mattress for my body. Fair pricing and the owner, Jon, was very friendly and helpful. They even delivered it to my house the same day and the delivery driver refused to accept a cash tip. Highly recommend!!!

I finally did it. I had to break down and get my pillow top bed and man isn't comfy. Hi, just wanted to say we had a great experience buying our mattress an pillows loved the look and feel of bed when laying on it (heavenly) pillows had cut-out for side sleepers no more neck pains as for Jon and son thanks for extra efforts to make sure we were taken care of all the way through process such a wonderful experience and wide selection to choose from plus all extras to go with our purchase recommend checking them out!!! Won't regret stopping in very nice people!

We made an appointment with Jon, he was very welcoming and made sure we had all the information about the mattresses that we needed. He worked with us on our price limit and made sure we were satisfied with the ones that we chose. mattress by appointment is beyond amazing. he takes his time with you, makes sure all of your questions are answered and you find the perfect fit. we didnt leave with any questions.. we just left with smiles on our face, and a super comfortable king size bed, and new pillow. i would recommend getting ahold of mattress by appointment if youre needing a new bed((: our king size mattress is amazing, it massages, and reclines feet and head. 🩵 here’s to better nights rest… ontop of it all you cant even feel the other person get into the bed and or move around.. 👌🏼

Great customer service! I highly recommend! It was worth the drive to support a small business. He had competitive prices. He was also very kind and patient with us while we made our decision, never rushing us. We will definitely shop here again the next time we need a new mattress. Money spent in a small businesses helps families not corporations!

Shopping here was very easy and convenient. The quality of the mattresses compared to most I saw earlier that day at other places were excellent. Owner was very helpful and made the process a breeze. We bought our new queen set up from mattress by appointment and Jon really took care of us! He got us in same day, he helped us find the perfect bed in our budget, and he got us home with our new bed same day!!

Jon is one of the nicest, friendliest, and best people I’ve met. He will do anything he can to make you happy and satisfied. He is not pushy or high pressure and wants to get you what you can afford and what fits you best trying to find the balance between both

My husband and I came across Jon from his Facebook marketplace listing’s. We made a same day appointment. He gladly agreed to schedule right away and took the time to explain the process of his financing options. Spent time going over each mattress and base, to help ensure we were getting what we wanted and needed. He was kind and accommodating to make sure we left the store feeling good about our purchase.

Wow! I cannot believe how amazing our experience was with Jon and how nice it was to have an uninterrupted shopping experience especially when it comes to mattress shopping! Jon was beyond helpful and not the least bit pushy and really helped us find our new mattress and an amazing dual adjusting frame that checked every box for us! Plus he had us try out the pillows he keeps in stock and we realized very quickly how bad we needed new pillows! 10 out of 10 recommend Jon and his mattress by appointment!
