Anthony at the UPS Losee Store was extremely helpful in helping me get a package I sent in error. He called customer service at the same time he was waiting on customers. He is terrific.

The young man at store #5932 was Amazing!! I went this morning (October 1,2023) when the store first opened. There were 3 other customers in front of me. Mr. Elrick was friendly and greeted everyone who came in with a smile and good morning. He helped everyone in a timely manner and made sure everything was correct. He Blessed my day. Thank you 😊

This was my first visit to this new development and to this store. The staff was professional and welcoming... which surprised me. The young lady that assisted me took care of my Amazon return and I was in and out in no time even made an additional purchase. This UPS Store is my new home location for all my business needs now... I’m spreading the word on a job well done!

Everyone there is friendly, but Elrick ia the best. Super friendly, very receptive with an upbeat and amazing attitude. Anytime I need anything, he is always willing to help. Very professional. No need to go to any other ups store for anything else.

I’m reading reviews and it’s customers like them that make it hard for a great sales associates like Kash to keep up that great customer service. NOTHING IS FREE IN LIFE. Stop complaining about “ courtesy tape “ it’s $2 pay it or box it up your self. Continue to be awesome. I hope to see you again

Amazing service & definitely coming back to this location all because of Kasmier’s customer service!!! In my little 21 years of life, I’ve never shipped/return anything by mail. Kasmier helped me every step of the way, from beginning to end with a wonderful vibe. Never walked out of a UPS with a smile lol- weird, but will be returning just for her help! Was sent by wife to mail a couple things and as usual I was not prepared (no packaging or idea how to send). So I relied on the amazing Kasmier to help. She was very knowledgeable on customers who didn't know what they were doing lol. She assisted and packages and popcorn stuffing that I would need so items didn't get damaged. She was funny and seemed like she really liked her job. Price was was very reasonable and I left in a great mood and wife was happy. Thank you Kasmier you are the best.

So there is a such thing as Customer Service. Kasmier was awesome. Had some last minute packages to get out and so close to Christmas didn't think it was possible. Kasmier got me in and out as quick as possible. She was kind, courteous, and so helpful. I will be back thank you so much.

I only use the store on Losee & Ann... The customer service at this location is simply AWESOME!!! It doesn't matter who service me because I always feel like a valued customer. How ever I often times get Dominique. Observing this young lady each time I'm there is such a pleasure. Although I'm not there to frequent the store as much as others I love to hear her recognize someone by their name. She's very sincere & always so pleasant & patient with EVERYONE. She's a talented multitasker & I'm always pleased with her beautiful personality as well as her professionalism. I admire how this store works as a team & how they make each customer not only feel appreciated but respectfully shows their gratitude to service you.

I've had a couple excellent customer service experiences here so far, including a great experience getting something notarized. Today Kasmier helped me and she was on point and very helpful!

My first time here was about 1 or 2 weeks ago and the 2 ladies at the desk were super friendly and extremely helpful! Transaction was fast, easy informative but I totally had forgotten the cashier provided me a coupon for 5% off if I wrote a review on Google and/or Yelp! So I'm a little late but this location was very neat and clean, will definitely make this my go-to UPS Store!

The young man at this location was getting overwhelmed and working so low, but handled it with such grace and professionalism, that I had to write a review, which I almost never do. Was running the place like an owner. Hope he is. This was 9 am on 2/15/23).

As a regular part of my job requirements I have to ship and return parts back to the warehouse. I get the opportunity to see many different UPS stores and workers. In General nothing's wrong with the stores, only none of them seem to be as good as this store that I came in today. Everyone was in a good mood Pleasant to customers as they walked in. One gentleman there tall, with glasses saw that I had four boxes ask me if I needed help, I said yes. He took my boxes back and process them for me and printed the receipt and made sure that I was taken care of before I left by allowing me to take the boxes that still needed securing and tape them. This is what doing business is about.
