I ordered a 56in toolbox, the box arrive a little sooner than expected!!! Awesome!!!

I was not able to make it in for pick up earlier during the day, and arrived 30 minutes before closing!!! My Fault!!!

When I arrived the cashier stated that they may not be able to assist with loading due to there only being ladys working at the time and she Dint believe anyone of them could work the forklift.

One lady got on the Forklift and got it DONE!!!!

I had driven all the way from Spring,TX for the box so I really appreciate that she was able to get the box loaded for me.

Unfortunately I did not get her name. This happened Saturday March 2, 2024 close to closing time.

I went for a socket organizer, and they had it in stock. I picked up some other random items I needed to get which were all surprisingly cheap. This was one of my first times at the store and I think they have good prices. The staff was friendly and signed me up for their VIP program or something like that.

I was there to purchase a wagon attachment for a small tractor. I called to check on availability and the lady that answered the phone was very friendly.

I got there, paid for the item and they brought it out. They offered to load it for me, which was very nice of them. I didn't expect the offer.

The store itself is not one of the biggest locations, but they continue to have a large selection, for any project you may have.

The only downside about this location is that it's in a rough part of town, and you can tell. My biggest criticism is the way they have the registers setup. Let's face it, we know Harbor Freight is not exactly high end hardware, but we love the prices. However, I do believe management should have a little more pride in their store. The boxes setup at the register are TERRIBLE. I'll post a picture to show, but I witnessed another customer slight put his hands on the boxes and they almost fell over.

Being inside a hardware store, I guess I expected a little more ingenuity than that. Either way, it's not a big deal, since you're still getting great prices and an awesome service. I just think they need to get rid of those boxes.

Hubby and I can get lost in here : ) We have shopped Harbor Freight Tools for years and have always been done right! We bought a portable air compressor and it wasn't working right. Took it back a couple weeks later with no problems whatsoever. They exchanged it immediately. We've used this one a little over a year now and it's working like a charm. Hubby bought a wood lathe and had no problems with it either. Air tools, hoses, tarps, tape...they got it all!

Good prices! For the low price tag the quality is good. They seem to be getting in some really nice high quality tools lately that are a lttle more expensive but still cheaper than other places. I always thought they had a good selection but it really impressed me when they started selling Parking lots. Looks like a limited sale time though..

Mario provided exceptional customer service. I couldn't be more pleased. He went out of his way to locate an item that was out of stock on the shelf by going to the warehouse, finding it, and bringing me the item and quantity needed. Good service like this is very hard to find. Thanks Mario.

I went there all the way from Dayton Texas to buy the specific Staples for my staple gun. They told me it was the right size however it's bigger and the brand is wrong. They sold me 5/16". Mine calls for a 3/8" Stanley brand! These are the most incompetent people I ever seen when it comes to something as simple as a staple! I needed them to cover up from the heat 🥵😡

Great tools, terrific prices. Staff is always helpful if I cannot find a particular item. They have the best bang-for-the-buck of anybody around.

Harbor Freight is my go to place for affordable tools and cool stuff. This location always has a great selection in stock and the staff is friendly. The area is sketchy so you may want to avoid going after dark if possible. I've been shopping here for years and highly recommend.

First time actually going to HFT and I must say I'll be going back. They had everything I needed and some! Prices were cheap and they also offer coupons on the app so that was an added bonus! The store was clean and the workers were friendly!

Words could not describe the love my husband and I have for this place!! It's always a great place to shop.. The tools make me HOT!! Lol

Despite some female cashiers that are extremely rude, have no knowledge of what a tool is and lack extremely in customer service etiquette, this place still has many other employees that are very helpful. Most of the time you will find what your looking for but with the great deals they have better show up early!

There are allot of good deals there. Always get a coupon code before checking out. And get a warranty on anything Chicago Electric. Busy as of 1/12/24 but checkout is fast.

Hard to beat their prices and they have upgraded some of their tools like wrenches and sockets giving you more options... So you might break a wrench or 2??? With the money you save buy extra... Great place, I love it, always spend way more than I planned on because I find such great deals, all locations I have found the staff to be very helpful and courteous!!! This locale is no different!!!
