Staff is super helpful and goes the extra mile to assist their customers. We drove a hour to pick up an item we needed and the team made walked us through securing the item and had it waiting on us to pick up at the door. Thank you all for you exceptional customer service!

Has literally everything you need for pets, farming, for all kinds of animals, wall plaques, children toys, pets toys, all your outside farm stuff you need AND EVEN HAVE A VETERINARIAN WHO comes in possibly every year or 2x a year for ALL KINDS OF PETS!!🐕🐈🐮🐎🐖🐑🐇🐥🐓JUST SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Shopping at Tractor Supply in Mabank is such a pleasure, "Welcome to Tractor Supply How Can We Help You Find What You're looking for" That greeting alone makes you feel "Warm & Welcome when you first make contact with a staff member" I know from that point on I will be taken care of. Webster the store 2007 Manager, Christy Assistant Manager, and the following sales associates, Jess, Kaylee, Jeff, Jeneffer, Tylor, Davon. All these representatives have been excellently trained and provide the highest standard of hospitality and experience to their customers and I can tell you firsthand, when you enter the store, someone will make eye contact and you will be well on your way to a great shopping experience. I would like to make special notice to Davon who went out of his way to help me with my Toolbox, and my Trailer Purchase and Tylor who helped me load my New Big Horn and tie it down, every one of these staff members take a personal interest in you! Well Done Cassander & Christy for training your staff, which made my shopping experience at Tractor Supply Company a wonderful day for me as I drive around in my new Big Horn!

This Tractor Supply was AWESOME! Cassandra and Jeff are absolute all-stars! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but these two were far above what you would expect.

Since this store has been under new management it is awsome! Everyone who works there seems so happy every day i go. Atleast once week now!

Would give zero stars of possible. Needed a product but the people in this store had no knowledge of what I want. They were unable to load or refused to load my product as I've had it loaded before. Said " I've never heard of it being done this way." I've had it loaded in this way before AT THIS SAME STORE! Needless to say, I left.
Oh. BTW, not to sound sexist but, all the personnel were women. Now, it's a fact of life that men are better at some things than women. By the same token there are things that women are better at than men. And there are exceptions to every rule. This is a Farm Store and it needs some qualified individuals to service the customers there.
They just lost more than the one sale today...UPDATE NOVEMBER 28,2018.
TSC has had a major shake up in personnel. Definitely an improvement! Knowledgeable and friendly.

We have always loves tractor supply. From the dino toys to pet supplies and useful tools :) i got my dog a sporting harness and a dashing new collar! They might be pricy but i love this store

I just had the absolute best service at Mabank Tractor Supply.
I didn't just have great curb side service, I met an adorable angel!
I was waiting in my car for my order when I looked up to see my large bag of dog food walking out of the doors. Oddly enough I saw no person behind it. Lol
This 5lb lil' women was carrying this huge bag out. I tried to help, she refused!
No ma'am she says I am more than happy to do this for you.
I immediately could see her beautiful soul behind her flawless smile & brite gorgeous eyes.
We proceeded to fall straight into conversation. She new I had a very trying day
by now and was so sweet I could not believe what a doll she was.

That beautiful beings name is Ms.Tricia!
I promise you this you want outstanding service you go visit her at the Mabank location.
I felt like I had known her my whole life.
I literally teared up as I drove away from her. She is living proof that humanity is not all lost in todays crazy world!
I encourage everyone to go meet this dying breed of beautiful inside and out!

Great local store for all your country living needs. Super nice staff here.

They very helpful restroom clean price was in normal range for what I pick up people have always been curious the hevy flannel shirts I got I wish I found them when I was driving up in North West territory in winter really love them also the knee pain the blonde girl shoen me really help I buy lot winter stuff from them socks,long John under shirts heavy-duty flannel shirts love this place 😁😎🤗😘

Great new tsc store in Mabank. Very needed in the area, we had to go to Athens or canton in order to get certain parts. Feed prices are higher than the feed stores but they are open longer.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees, lots of good prices on Quality inventory, especially if you watch for "overstock / closeout" prices. Overall a great shopping experience!!

Great staff and great service always have the diamond food i need. Nust wish they would carry the 55 bonus weight high energy bags is all.

Very helpful staff when you need help, they have a large selection of many items, convenient parking, and if I need help loading a large bag of dog food they will load it for me.
