This is the best place to go get western wear . The staff knows there stuff. Shout out to Ryan at boot barn he went above and beyond to help my son find the right pair of boots . He knew so much and knew how to help fit him in a pair of boots . We had been to a few places who didn't want to help ,rude and didn't know anything compared to Ryan thank you Ryan so much . Boot barn this guy is top notch if you need boots or whatever go to Boot Barn in Pearland the best the only place I will go . Thank you for the best shopping experience I have had in a long time .

Jazmin was so helpful. We were Looking for a hat and boots for a birthday present and she helped us find a perfect hat and size. When the store didn’t have the hat in the right size she made sure we found the right size in a different color and ordered the right one for us online at the store.
For the boots, she showed us the different selections between wide and normal and showed us what a good fit is. Since the ones we picked were suede she also helped us find something to help protect the finish.

Came in on the busiest day of the year to get my hat cleaned and reshaped wasn’t aware that they were super busy. Faith helped me and was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back and recommend this store to friends and family.

So many stores don’t stock up anymore. I am thankful that boot barn still fills their shelves. I was able to get two pair of jeans in my size and length

I love to shop at Boot Barn. My husband and I went recently to shop for Rodeo. Brianna helped us find boots for both of my boys and my for husband . She was very patient.
The only down side about shopping there was a manager named Alicia she was not very nice.

She gave me her undivided attention even though it was extremely busy. After being so indecisive Cindy was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect pair of boots.
