Very nice location. Every time I go in the staff is very friendly. On the days that I browse around, the staff engage in nice conversations about what you're reading and give great recommendations. On the days I do more solo shopping, they're always there to offer baskets or holding my items at the front.
Going here is not only experiencing a nice location, but also engaging with other book lovers too!

I really enjoy there constant update of inventory, at least I noticed new things every time I come here.

Connected to a GameStop that seems very empty and just kinda an odd placement.

Warcraft novels, futurism works, scientific literature, self improvement, cookbooks, the communist manifesto and other important well regarded and vitally important documents, they seem to have it. Very nice!

The ONLY downside is the lack of coffee shop lol! Other than that.. this is our go-to B&N now and for years to come!

Great location, nice and big with well set up kids section. Was able to get help when I needed it. Store was well stocked and organize, especially for being right after the holidays.

Such a great Barnes & Noble layout with friendly staff! It's also very unique where the building immediately connects into the Gamestop next door.

Got some help from staff in picking out books geared towards children, ages 8-11. They have a staff member who made very customized and specific recommendations and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this location.

They were great, easy to get help, and they didn't judge when I asked about sending magazines to people in prison (you can't with magazines, only books FYI 😄). They have a good kids section, too. I only wish they had more places to sit down, especially near the kids section, in case parents want to sit down while their children are looking thru the selection.

I didn’t get the name of the older gentleman that works here. But they were closing and he went above and beyond to get the book I needed. I am so thankful and happy for his service.

I've always loved physical bookstores. They're easier to appreciate as more and more things get digitized. I recently visited this B&N for a sale event. Isaac was very helpful and friendly looking up volumes for my friends and I. I'll probably visit again the next time I'm in the area.

The helpful staff helped us find just the right book for my daughter. Now she can’t put it down.

I love going to this book store. It's always quiet. It's filled with many books on many different subjects. It has several places to sit down and relax to read if you decide too. The children's book section is designed with their interest in mind. Even when it comes to the furniture. The very appropriate sized small tables and chairs. So adorable! I especially love the section on Astrology. My favorite part of this store. So much information and so little time. So check out the location on Preston & Park in Plano. You will be happy that you did. Oh, before I forget. If you need anything their staff is extremely polite and helpful. Guaranteed! So........Check it out!!!!!! Let me know what your experience was? 1st time ever sent my 12-yr old into a store with my credit card. She came out 5 minutes later with the exact book she was looking for and a great customer service story. Thumbs up!

Large store, also very clean. They had what we were looking for!

I love this store- they have a really good discount book section, with some of the books being even more discounted than we thought! A smaller location that's a little bit older, but still great! The people were really friendly too.

Always love coming to this store. Huge selection of books for my family and the hours are great. Can spend all day here. Love the children's section as my kid loves the books and toys. Bonus is that it's connected to Gamestop!

This is an excellent Barnes and Nobles. They have great book selections always in stock and the customer service is solid! I love the Lego selections that they have which is usually behind the check out counter. This Barnes and nobles usually has a larger selection of books than many of the other Barnes and nobles in the area. An added bonus to the location is that it is directly located next to GameStop which is accessible directly from inside of the store by going left toward the self-help/ transformational book section (east wing of the store).

Clean, well stock and helpful staff. Gamestop is next door and they have a walkway inbetween the buildings. Get your books and get your games at the same time. Very nice area. Will definately visit again.

Clean and well organized with very helpful staff. They quickly located the book I was looking for and then set me up with a homeschooling teachers discount so that I now recieve a 20%discount on books.
